中国银行辽宁省分行基层网点转型研究

【摘要】:随着中国金融业在2007年全面开放,国内银行业的竞争局面日趋激烈。一方面,在基层营业网点层面的竞争中,国有商业银行因为过度依赖传统模式,经营理念落后而亟需转型:另一方面,国际前沿的“新网点主义”思想和“网点转型”理念在国际银行业已经受到了充分肯定,并且在实施过程中得到了很好的实效,提升了实施银行的竞争力。对作为企业追求利润最大化的银行来说,网点的盈利能力和销售能力已经成为银行网点考核评价的核心问题,因此,国有商业银行的“网点转型”势在必行。 本文正是在这一大环境背景下,通过对中国银行辽宁省分行基层网点的研究和分析,指出其存在的网点布局不合理,缺乏统一规划;各项业务发展不均衡;人力资源配备和综合素质不够;渠道建设缓慢;市场定位缺乏灵活性;产品营销理念落后等问题,并引入“新网点主义”和“网点转型”等国际前沿理念,对该行的网点转型工作提出建议与指导。本文以中国银行辽宁省分行在大连地区的基层网点为主要研究对象,以点带面,提出网点转型工作要从硬件改造、区域布局、市场营销、专业化定位、人力资源配备以及绩效考核等方面着手,强调网点建设工作应将本行实际情况与国际先进理念相结合,重点打造具有中国银行特色和核心竞争力的基层网点。同时,对网点转型工作的推进方式提出建设性意见。
[Abstract]:With the full opening of China's financial industry in 2007, the competition situation of domestic banking is becoming more and more intense. On the one hand, in the competition at the level of the grass-roots business outlets, the state-owned commercial banks are badly in need of transformation because of their excessive dependence on the traditional mode. On the other hand, the "new dot doctrine" idea and the "network transition" in the front of the international bank are in turn. The idea has been fully affirmed in the international banking industry, and it has been very effective in the implementation process. It has promoted the competitiveness of the banks. For the banks who are seeking profit maximization, the profit ability and sales ability of the network have become the core problem of the evaluation and evaluation of the bank network. Therefore, the state-owned commercial bank is the key problem. The "network transition" is imperative.
Under the background of this big environment, through the research and analysis of the grass-roots outlets of the Bank of China branch of Liaoning Province, this paper points out that the layout of the network is unreasonable, the unified planning is lacking, the business development is not balanced; the manpower resources and the comprehensive quality are not enough; the construction of the channel is slow; the market position is lack of flexibility; the product is not flexible; In this paper, the branch of Liaoning branch of China bank in Dalian is the main research object, and the work of network transformation should be transformed from hardware to the point of view. Regional layout, marketing, professional orientation, human resource allocation and performance assessment, etc., emphasize that network construction should combine the actual situation of the bank with the advanced international concept, and focus on building the grass-roots network with Chinese bank characteristics and core competitiveness.
