东亚银行A分行供应链金融业务发展对策研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济一体化的不断深化,,现在企业之间的竞争已经不再是单个企业之间的竞争,而是涉及供应链上下游的生产商、销售商等企业之间的竞争。在供应链金融理论中,商业银行作为供应链中的一个关键点,对物流、信息流以及资金流进行综合配置,使整个供应链环节上各个单位获得各自的利益。在此背景下,供应链金融这种由商业银行开展的面向供应链企业的创新性金融服务模式便应运而生了。所谓供应链金融服务是商业银行针对供应链上的单个企业或多个企业所提供的全面的金融服务,从而形成供应链的核心企业、相关配套企业以及商业银行之间互利共存的良性发展态势。本文主要从商业银行视角出发,对供应链金融业务的发展进行研究。由于供应链金融将银行金融服务与企业供应链管理有机结合在一起,已经成为银行和企业拓展发展空间、增强竞争力的一个重要领域,也为供应链成员中的核心企业和上下游提供了新的融资渠道。 论文选择东亚银行A分行为研究对象,阐述了供应链金融产生的背景和研究的意义,将供应链金融近年来相关的国内外文献进行总结,归纳出了两个结论,并对供应链金融的概念进行界定的基础上,对供应链金融的内涵进行界定,提出通过文献研究法、案例研究法和定性与定量相结合的研究方法对东亚银行供应链金融业务的发展进行研究。通过剖析东亚银行A分行目前的基本情况,从金融机构的激烈竞争需要、中小企业的资金缺口需要和东亚银行A分行业务良性发展需要三个方面阐述供应链金融业务开展的必要性,并对目前供应链金融业务的三种模式和三种产品类型及东亚银行对供应链金融模式和产品的选择进行阐述,并列举了东亚银行A分行目前开展的供应链金融业务的示例。 通过分析,总结出目前东亚银行A分行在高管对供应链金融缺乏整体认识,供应链金融业务发展基础差,授信审批制度存在缺陷,风险技术平台不完善及供应链金融人才缺乏方面存在一定的问题。以此为依据,提出了应从加强银行决策层及管理层对供应链金融的认知水平、夯实业务发展基础、完善授信审批制度、提高业务人员综合素质及创新能力、完善风险管理信息技术平台、强化银行全面风险管理防范等方面着手,逐步改进及优化目前供应链金融业务存在的各种问题,从而为我国商业银行在未来更好的开展供应链金融业务提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of global economic integration, the competition between enterprises is no longer the competition between individual enterprises, but involves the competition between manufacturers and sellers in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain. In the theory of supply chain finance, commercial banks, as a key point in the supply chain, comprehensively allocate logistics, information flow and capital flow, so that each unit in the whole supply chain can obtain its own benefits. In this context, supply chain finance, which is developed by commercial banks, is an innovative financial service model for supply chain enterprises. The so-called supply chain financial service is a comprehensive financial service provided by a commercial bank to a single or multiple enterprises in the supply chain, thus forming the core enterprise of the supply chain. The benign development trend of mutually-beneficial coexistence between relevant supporting enterprises and commercial banks. This paper studies the development of supply chain financial business from the perspective of commercial banks. Since supply chain finance combines banking financial services with enterprise supply chain management, it has become an important field for banks and enterprises to expand their development space and enhance their competitiveness. It also provides new financing channels for the core enterprises and upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain. This paper chooses Bank of East Asia A Branch as the research object, expounds the background and significance of the research, summarizes the domestic and foreign literatures related to supply chain finance in recent years, and concludes two conclusions. On the basis of defining the concept of supply chain finance, the connotation of supply chain finance is defined. Case study and qualitative and quantitative methods are used to study the development of Bank of East Asia supply chain financial business. By analyzing the current basic situation of Bank of East Asia Branch A, from the needs of fierce competition among financial institutions, The financing gap needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and the benign development of Bank of East Asia A branch business need three aspects to elaborate the necessity of carrying out the supply chain finance business. Three models and three product types of current supply chain financial business and the selection of supply chain finance model and products by Bank of East Asia are expounded, and the examples of supply chain finance business carried out by Bank of East Asia A Branch are listed. Through analysis, it is concluded that the executives of Bank of East Asia A lack the overall understanding of supply chain finance, the development foundation of supply chain finance business is poor, and the credit approval system has defects. There are some problems in the imperfect risk technology platform and the shortage of financial personnel in supply chain. Based on this, this paper puts forward that we should strengthen the cognition level of bank decision making and management to supply chain finance, consolidate the foundation of business development, perfect credit approval system, and improve the comprehensive quality and innovation ability of business personnel. To improve the information technology platform of risk management, strengthen the comprehensive risk management and prevention of banks, and gradually improve and optimize the various problems existing in the current supply chain financial business, In order to provide a reference for our commercial banks to better carry out the supply chain financial business in the future.
