跨境贸易人民币结算收付差额问题、根源及其化解

【摘要】：正自从2008年12月24日国务院常务会议决定开展跨境贸易人民币结算试点以来,跨境贸易人民币结算取得了长足发展,增长势头颇为迅猛。根据各期《中国货币政策执行报告》提供的数据,2009年人民币跨境贸易结算额不过35.8亿元,2010年银行累计办理跨境贸易人民币结算额便猛
[Abstract]:Since December 24, 2008, the State Council executive meeting decided to launch cross-border trade RMB settlement pilot, cross-border trade RMB settlement has made great progress, the momentum of growth is quite rapid. According to the data provided by the China Monetary Policy implementation report, the amount of RMB cross-border trade settlement in 2009 was only 3.58 billion yuan, and the amount of RMB settlement handled by banks in 2010 was fierce.
