第三代中央领导集体应对亚洲金融危机的成功实践和经验

【摘要】：1997年爆发的亚洲金融危机,是20世纪90年代以来经济全球化陡然加速后第一次对我国产生重大影响的金融危机。面对这一来自外部环境的严峻挑战,以江泽民为核心的党的第三代中央领导集体审时度势,果断决策,冷静应对。危机发生前,未雨绸缪,及早部署经济风险防范工作;危机发生后,在果断调整宏观经济政策的同时,高瞻远瞩谋划长远发展战略,将短期防范性策略与长期战略规划结合起来,在增强我国经济防范和抵御风险能力的基础上,逐渐形成了我国经济发展的新思路。在应对亚洲金融危机的成功实践中积累的宝贵经验,对新世纪我国经济社会的发展产生了深远影响。
[Abstract]:The Asian financial crisis that broke out in 1997 is the first financial crisis that has had a great impact on our country since the rapid acceleration of economic globalization in the 1990s. In the face of this severe challenge from the external environment, the third generation of the central leadership collective with Jiang Zemin as the core reviews the situation, makes decisive decisions, and calmly deals with the situation. Before the crisis occurs, make good preparations in advance and make early arrangements for the prevention of economic risks. After the crisis, while decisively adjusting macroeconomic policies, we should plan a long-term development strategy with great foresight. Combining short-term preventive strategy with long-term strategic planning, on the basis of strengthening our country's ability to prevent and resist risks, a new way of economic development has been gradually formed. The valuable experience accumulated in the successful practice of dealing with the Asian financial crisis has had a profound impact on the economic and social development of our country in the new century.
