长江期货有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着监管政策不断放宽,我国期货行业的创新与整合逐步加速,期货公司正面临重大的发展机遇与行业挑战。2013年,长江期货主动适应行业形势的变化,成功收购湘财祈年期货公司。收购后,公司营业网点大幅增加,市场布局更趋合理,业务基础得到明显提升。在这一阶段,全面分析企业外部环境和内部资源能力,预判未来数年行业与公司的发展潜力,对长江期货的未来发展战略进行系统性规划,以在激烈的市场竞争中取得竞争优势是本文的研究目的所在,也是加快并购整合,实现公司可持续健康发展的客观需要。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论,介绍公司的基本情况,提出研究思路、研究方法和框架;第二部分为企业外部环境分析,包括宏观环境分析、行业环境与客户需求分析,通过“五力”模型对行业竞争结构进行全面阐述;第三部分对企业发展资源能力进行分析,较深入地剖析了企业的业务基础、资源和能力;第四部分运用SWOT分析法,对公司的相对优劣势、市场机会与威胁进行研究,并使用定量模型对公司未来五年的业务潜力进行预测,在此基础上,提出长江期货的发展目标,确定继续执行增长型发展战略,提出直销、IB、创新业务“三位一体”的业务竞争策略,并对战略实际进行了三个阶段的划分;第五部分重点对实施发展战略的支撑体系进行研究,对长江期货的战略实施提出支持建议,主要包括营销服务体系、营运体系和人才体系建设方面的具体要求。笔者撰写本文主要是为长江期货有限公司发展战略的制定提供力所能及的帮助,同时也希望为其它券商背景期货公司提供有益的参考与启示。
[Abstract]:With the continuous relaxation of regulatory policies and the acceleration of innovation and integration in China's futures industry, futures companies are facing major development opportunities and industry challenges. In 2013, Yangtze Futures actively adapted to the changing situation in the industry. Successful acquisition of Xiangcai Qiannian Futures Company. After the acquisition, the company's business outlets increased significantly, the market layout more reasonable, business basis has been significantly improved. At this stage, we comprehensively analyze the external environment and internal resource capacity of enterprises, predict the development potential of industries and companies in the next few years, and systematically plan the future development strategy of the Yangtze River Futures. The purpose of this paper is to obtain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. It is also the objective need of speeding up the merger and acquisition integration and realizing the sustainable and healthy development of the company. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces the basic situation of the company, puts forward the research ideas, research methods and framework; the second part is the external environment analysis of enterprises, including macro-environment analysis, industry environment and customer needs analysis. Through the "five forces" model to explain the competition structure of the industry; the third part of the enterprise development resource capacity analysis, more in-depth analysis of the business basis, resources and capabilities of the enterprise; the fourth part of the use of SWOT analysis, The relative advantages and disadvantages, market opportunities and threats of the company are studied, and the business potential of the company in the next five years is forecasted by using quantitative model. On the basis of this, the development goal of Yangtze River futures is put forward. It is determined to continue to carry out the growth development strategy, to put forward the business competition strategy of direct marketing and innovation business "trinity", and to divide the strategy into three stages. The fifth part focuses on the research on the supporting system of the implementation of the development strategy. Some suggestions are put forward to support the strategy implementation of Yangtze River Futures, including the specific requirements of marketing service system, operation system and talent system construction. I write this article mainly for the Yangtze River Futures Co., Ltd. to provide the development strategy of the establishment of help, but also for other securities companies background futures companies to provide useful reference and inspiration.
