基于价值链理论的GS证券公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在中国证券服务市场的不断开放以及股市多年低迷的双重压力下,证券业的竞争不断加剧。如何在严峻的市场竞争中立于不败之地,是每一个证券公司面临的重要问题。笔者以GS证券公司为研究对象,采用SWOT分析法进行全面诊断,并在此基础上引入价值链理论对公司的发展战略进行设计。同时,笔者对公司在战略实施过程中的具体措施和风险控制进行探讨,并提出针对性的解决办法。 第一部分以我国金融市场和证券公司为行业背景,以价值链和战略管理为关键词,全面搜索相关文献和案例,深入学习理论研究历程和现状,并且对理论研究的不足之处进行评述,阐明本文所研究内容的学术和应用价值。 第二部分以GS证券公司为对象开展全面研究分析,包括总体概况、SWOT分析、当前战略分析等,对GS证券公司的外部环境因素和内部经营管理因素进行系统和详细的评判,归纳公司面临的机遇与挑战、优势与劣势,并依此归纳出GS证券公司的发展战略需求。 第三部分将根据前述分析,结合我国资本市场和证券公司特征,构建GS证券公司的价值链,并以此为基础研究GS证券公司总体发展战略和竞争战略,并围绕此总体目标提出的管理、研发、财务、人力资源和信息化等企业职能战略。 第四部分将总结以价值链理论为基础的发展战略,其具体实施与风险控制的方法和措施。 本文以在学术研究和企业实践领域均获得广泛应用的价值链理论为基础,为GS证券公司量身打造最为合适的总体发展战略,设计价值链上关键环节的战略,同时围绕组织基础设施、企业文化等内容提出战略实施措施。此外,笔者以探讨GS证券公司的战略选择和实施为基础,探索出一条适合我国中小型证券公司的可持续发展之路,为国内同类型企业战略管理提供理论依据和参考案例。
[Abstract]:Under the double pressure of the opening of China's securities service market and the stock market downturn for many years, the competition in the securities industry is intensifying. How to stand in an invincible position in the severe market competition is an important problem faced by every securities company. The author takes GS Securities Company as the research object, uses the SWOT analysis method to carry on the comprehensive diagnosis, and then introduces the value chain theory to design the development strategy of the company. At the same time, the author discusses the specific measures and risk control in the process of strategy implementation, and puts forward the corresponding solutions. The first part, with the financial market and securities companies as the industry background, the value chain and strategic management as the key words, comprehensive search of relevant literature and cases, in-depth study of theoretical research process and current situation. And the deficiencies of the theoretical research are reviewed to clarify the academic and applied value of the research. The second part takes GS Securities Company as the object to carry out comprehensive research and analysis, including the general situation of SWOT analysis, current strategic analysis and so on. The external environmental factors and internal management factors of GS securities company are systematically and detailedly evaluated. The opportunities and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of GS Securities Company are summarized. The third part will build the value chain of GS securities company according to the above analysis, combining with the characteristics of capital market and securities company in our country, and study the overall development strategy and competitive strategy of GS securities company based on the above analysis. And the management, research and development, finance, human resources and information technology and other corporate function strategies proposed around this overall goal. The fourth part will summarize the development strategy based on the value chain theory, its concrete implementation and the risk control method and the measure. Based on the value chain theory, which has been widely used in both academic research and enterprise practice, this paper makes the most suitable overall development strategy for GS Securities Company and designs the strategy of key links in the value chain. At the same time, around the organizational infrastructure, corporate culture and other content put forward strategic implementation measures. In addition, on the basis of discussing the strategic choice and implementation of GS Securities Company, the author explores a sustainable development road suitable for small and medium-sized securities companies in China, and provides theoretical basis and reference cases for the strategic management of domestic enterprises of the same type.
