A商业银行员工行为风险控制研究

【摘要】:近年来,计算机技术的迅猛发展使得商业银行的电子化程度不断提高,原来那种手工作坊式的经营模式已不复存在。但从某种程度上讲,商业银行的正常运营仍要取决于人的因素。这种特征使得商业银行越来越关注员工行为所引发的风险,尤其是近几年来金融案件频发更引起了相关部门的重视。 作为大型上市股份公司的A商业银行,同样面临着员工行为风险所带来的非预期损失或损失的可能性,这就迫使A商业银行不断完善相关风险控制,夯实内控管理。本文通过对A商业银行员工行为风险的控制研究,运用经济学、管理学相关理论对员工行为风险相关要素进行论证,结合A商业银行实际情况,提出有效控制员工行为风险的措施,,同时希望能为国内其他商业银行控制此类风险提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, the electronic degree of commercial banks has been improved. But to some extent, the normal operation of commercial banks still depends on human factors. This feature makes commercial banks pay more and more attention to the risks caused by employee behavior, especially the frequent occurrence of financial cases in recent years has attracted the attention of relevant departments. As a large listed joint-stock company, commercial bank A also faces the possibility of unexpected loss or loss caused by the risk of employee behavior, which forces A commercial bank to continuously improve the relevant risk control and consolidate internal control management. Through the research on the control of employee behavior risk in A commercial bank, this paper uses economics and management theory to demonstrate the relevant factors of employee behavior risk, combining with the actual situation of A commercial bank. This paper puts forward some effective measures to control the risk of employee behavior, and at the same time, it hopes to provide reference and reference for other domestic commercial banks to control this kind of risk.
