上饶银行发展转型研究
[Abstract]:Development and transformation is an important subject that commercial banks need to face for a long time. The commercial banks of the developed countries, such as the United States, Germany, Japan and so on, have experienced many transformations with the economic development, and have formed the modern banking management mechanism and the development mode which is suitable for the economic development. In China, after completing the listing and transformation of large state-owned commercial banks, they have also strengthened their exploration of the transformation of business development and management models, and have basically established a modern, internationalized elite mechanism and corporate governance structure. Initially established its core competitiveness, and in the international banking industry ranked significantly improved. Some joint-stock commercial banks such as China Merchants Bank and Minsheng Bank put forward the second development transition to adapt to the change of the economic development situation on the basis of completing the first transformation. With the change of economic growth mode and development environment, the development and transformation has gradually become the consensus of the banks. Most commercial banks have put forward the strategic goal of development transformation. In the face of unprecedented competition and development opportunities, Shangrao Bank should further integrate its superior resources to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and at the same time, improve the development speed of banks and make their own development positioning clear. According to their own development strategies and objectives, through the analysis of their real strength, especially in the economic situation, their financial status, strategic thinking, and so on, banks should reposition their development strategies and determine their own development goals. Combined with its own resources and conditions, to formulate the corresponding development pattern and strategic strategy.
