交通银行投资银行业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:近年来中国经济持续平稳增长,作为中国金融资源的主要配置者,商业银行功不可没。但是在快速发展过程中,商业银行也暴露了一些问题,尤其是当前形势下,面临着外资银行的竞争压力以及利率市场化带来的挑战,我国商业银行要在压力下求得生存,获得发展和壮大,就必须不断开拓创新,积极变革。在国家法律与政策允许的前提下,大力发展投资银行业务,正是我国商业银行在创新和变革方面的一次积极尝试,是应对未来挑战的必然选择。 近几年,交通银行的投资银行业务有了较快的发展,业务品种增多,产品创新能力持续增强,业务规模也不断扩大。但投资银行业务的发展仍存在一些问题,如投资银行人员的数量和质量有待进一步提高、投资银行业务拳头产品还不够丰富、部分投资银行业务流程效率仍待进一步提高、投资银行业务风险控制仍有待进一步加强等。这些问题若不解决,会影响到交通银行投资银行业务未来的市场竞争力。 本文运用战略管理理论及相关分析工具,采用了PEST分析法、波特五力模型分析法等,分析了交通银行投资银行业务的外部、内部环境,总结出了交通银行投资银行业务面临的机遇、威胁以及内部的优势、劣势,采用SWOT分析模型,分析得出了交通银行投资银行业务可以采取的战略,而后结合交通银行集团的实力以及交通银行投资银行业务的战略发展目标,提出了交通银行投资银行业务的具体战略实施方案。 本文的研究,对其他商业银行投资银行业务的未来发展,也具有一定的借鉴与参考意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economy has been growing steadily and steadily. As the main allocator of China's financial resources, commercial banks have contributed a lot. However, in the process of rapid development, commercial banks have also exposed some problems, especially under the current situation, they are facing the pressure of competition from foreign banks and the challenges brought by the marketization of interest rates. In order to survive, develop and grow under pressure, we must constantly explore and innovate, and actively change. Under the premise of national laws and policies, vigorously develop investment banking business is a positive attempt in innovation and reform of our commercial banks, and an inevitable choice to meet future challenges.
In recent years, the investment banking business of Bank of Communications has developed rapidly, the business variety has increased, the product innovation ability has been strengthened continuously, and the business scale has been expanded continuously. Rich, some investment banking business process efficiency still needs to be further improved, investment banking business risk control needs to be further strengthened, and so on. If these problems are not solved, it will affect the future market competitiveness of Bank of Communications investment banking business.
This paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the investment banking business of Bank of Communications by using the theory of strategic management and related analysis tools, using the PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model analysis method, and summarizes the opportunities, threats, internal strengths and weaknesses faced by the investment banking business of Bank of Communications. The investment banking business of Bank of Communications can adopt the strategy, and then combined with the strength of Bank of Communications Group and the strategic development goals of Bank of Communications investment banking business, put forward the concrete strategic implementation plan of Bank of Communications investment banking business.
The research of this paper has certain reference significance for the future development of investment banking business of other commercial banks.
