我国小型城市商业银行的市场定位研究

【摘要】:跌宕起伏的国际银行业发展历程已经反复证明:稳健而富有竞争力的银行业格局对一个国家整体的经济健康状况至关重要。优化银行业格局,科学布局银行业(尤其是小型银行)层次结构,对于提高一国银行业整体竞争力和稳定性、规避“同质化”引发的系统性风险、满足多元化金融服务需求具有举足轻重的作用。特别是在2008年国际金融危机之后,面对银行业中“大而不能倒,小而不必救”的规律,国内外各界对于大型银行的道德风险表示了普遍关注,甚至在美国这样一个极度崇尚自由的市场经济体系中也通过各类法案对大型银行形成强大的反竞争力量,包括通过限制大银行在一定地域开办分支机构使得众多小银行得以生存。 近年来,我国小型城市商业银行紧紧依托地方经济发展以及其自身优势,发展与进步显著,特别是在服务中小企业方面发挥了重要作用。然而小型城市商业银行在与各个大中型银行、外资银行的激烈竞争中,仍处于弱势地位。作为金融体系的重要组成部分,如何扬长避短,突破瓶颈,让小型城市商业银行更好地发挥金融服务作用、为实体经济的发展提供支持显得尤为迫切。 面对日益激烈的金融竞争,小型城市商业银行生存与发展的关键还在于找准市场定位。只有把握银行业发展的大势,致力于变革与创新,立足于核心竞争力,根据市场需求和自身优势,充分利用和挖掘资源禀赋,明确并坚持具有特色和品牌的市场定位,才能在百舸争流的金融机构竞争中胜出。本文通过分析小型城市商业银行市场定位的现状和存在的问题与风险,深入分析和研究影响小型城市商业银行定位的因素,据此提出小型城市商业银行市场定位的策略选择和对策建议。
[Abstract]:The ups and downs of the international banking industry have repeatedly proved that a sound and competitive banking structure is of great importance to the overall economic health of a country. Optimizing banking pattern and distributing banking (especially small bank) hierarchy scientifically can improve the overall competitiveness and stability of a country's banking industry and avoid the systemic risk caused by "homogeneity". To meet the needs of diversified financial services plays an important role. Especially after the 2008 international financial crisis, in the face of the law of "big but cannot fail, small but no need to save" in the banking industry, all circles at home and abroad have expressed general concern about the moral hazard of large banks. Even in the United States, an extremely liberal market economy system, all kinds of legislation have been adopted to form a powerful anti-competitive force for large banks. Including by restricting large banks to open branches in certain areas to enable many small banks to survive. In recent years, the small city commercial banks of our country closely rely on the local economic development and their own advantages, the development and progress is remarkable, especially in the service of small and medium-sized enterprises have played an important role. However, small city commercial banks are still in a weak position in the fierce competition with large and medium-sized banks and foreign banks. As an important part of the financial system, it is urgent for the small city commercial banks to play a better role in financial services and provide support for the development of the real economy. In the face of increasingly fierce financial competition, the key to the survival and development of small urban commercial banks is to find the right market positioning. Only by grasping the general trend of banking development, devoting to change and innovation, basing on the core competitiveness, fully utilizing and excavating resource endowment according to the market demand and own advantage, making clear and insisting on the market position with characteristic and brand, In order to win in the competition of financial institutions. By analyzing the present situation, problems and risks of the market positioning of small city commercial banks, this paper analyzes and studies the factors that affect the positioning of small city commercial banks. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the strategic choice and countermeasures for the market positioning of small city commercial banks.
