我国商业银行理财业务现存问题及解决对策研究

【摘要】:自国内首款银行理财产品问世以来,银行理财市场的发行量均保持着快速增长,2011年更是出现了“大爆发”式增长。昔日大众眼中陌生的商业银行理财产品如今已经成为家喻户晓的投资产品。成百上千种人民币和外汇理财产品在市场上推出,其实现的理财业务规模已经超过万亿元。与此同时,我国理财市场中,也出现了不少问题,如理财产品定价不够科学,理财业务风险管理薄弱、理财过程信息不对称、理财业务人员素质差异大。这些问题如不解决,将会影响理财市场的进一步发展。 这些问题的出现,本人研究认为,与下述原因有关。第一,缺乏科学的定价机制,采用“跟随策略”,难以根据自己产品的特色进行灵活调整。第二,我国商业银行的理财业务仍处于粗放型的管理阶段,理财业务风险管理能力相对落后。第三,在理财过程中未能建立完整的售前、售中、售后信息披露机制。第四,缺乏能够与大客户进行有效沟通的高素质人才和能够精通理财知识的专业理财讲解人员。 为规范理财市场,促进理财市场健康发展,本人提出以下对策。第一,建立“三市场互补定价机制”,实现银行理财产品价格公允化。第二,在组织、技术、稽核、人员素质、客户理财意识培养等方面加强内部控制系统建设和维护,实现风险管理控制的一体化。第三,通过实现充分的风险揭示和满足投资者的知情权,让业务信息得到披露,解决银行与投资者之间的信息不对称问题。第四,严格根据一线销售人员、客户经理和专业理财师各自的素质要求,确定商业银行理财业务从业人员进入和退出机制。
[Abstract]:Since the introduction of the first banking wealth management product in China, the circulation of banking financial management market has maintained a rapid growth, and in 2011, there has been a "big explosion" of growth. In the eyes of the public once strange commercial bank financial products have become household-known investment products. Hundreds of yuan and foreign exchange products have been launched on the market, with a wealth management business of more than trillion yuan. At the same time, there are many problems in the financial management market of our country, such as the pricing of financial products is not scientific enough, the risk management of financial management is weak, the information of financial management process is asymmetric, and the quality of financial management personnel is different. These problems, if not resolved, will affect the further development of financial markets. The emergence of these problems, I think, is related to the following reasons. First, it is difficult to adjust flexibly according to the characteristics of its products because of the lack of scientific pricing mechanism and the adoption of "following strategy". Second, the financial management business of commercial banks in China is still in the extensive management stage, and the risk management ability of financial management business is relatively backward. Third, in the process of financial management failed to establish a complete pre-sale, during-sale, after-sale information disclosure mechanism. Fourth, there is a lack of high quality personnel who can communicate effectively with major clients and professional financial managers who are proficient in financial management knowledge. In order to standardize the financial market and promote the healthy development of the financial market, I propose the following countermeasures. First, establish a "three-market complementary pricing mechanism" to achieve fair prices of bank financial products. Second, strengthen the construction and maintenance of internal control system in the aspects of organization, technology, audit, personnel quality and customer financial management consciousness, and realize the integration of risk management and control. Thirdly, the problem of information asymmetry between banks and investors should be solved by realizing the sufficient risk to reveal and satisfy the investors' right to know, so that the business information can be disclosed. Fourth, strictly according to the quality requirements of front-line sales personnel, account managers and professional financial planner, determine the entry and exit mechanism of commercial bank financial management practitioners.
