商业银行绩效影响因素:产业结构、治理结构与宏观经济环境

【摘要】：本文以16家上市商业银行2004～2009年的面板数据为样本,以风险、收益和效率为绩效评价标准,从宏观经济环境、产业结构和公司治理结构三个方面对中国商业银行绩效的影响因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明,市场结构和宏观经济环境与中国商业银行的行业平均绩效具有较强的相关性;市场份额对银行综合绩效产生显著负向影响,公司治理结构对银行综合绩效没有产生显著影响;管理层持股/认股权、董事长是否为执行董事以及第一执行董事的薪酬在0.05的显著性水平上对商业银行的风险管理水平产生显著影响,董事长是否为执行董事对银行效率产生显著影响。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the panel data of 16 listed commercial banks from 2004 to 2009 as a sample, taking risk, income and efficiency as the performance evaluation criteria, from the macroeconomic environment, This paper makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of the performance of Chinese commercial banks from three aspects: industrial structure and corporate governance structure. The results show that the market structure and macroeconomic environment have strong correlation with the industry average performance of Chinese commercial banks, and market share has a significant negative impact on the comprehensive performance of Chinese commercial banks. Corporate governance structure has no significant impact on bank performance. Whether the chairman is the executive director or the first executive director's salary has a significant influence on the risk management level of the commercial bank at the significant level of 0.05, and whether the chairman is the executive director has a significant impact on the efficiency of the bank.
