中国工商银行国际化经营策略研究

【摘要】:自20世纪80年代开始,国际经济金融格局发生了重大变化,而且这种变化一直延续并深刻影响了中国金融业的发展进程。特别是2008年国际金融危机的爆发,欧洲、美国等发达经济体的金融体系受到了不同程度的冲击,综合经济实力和国际地位有所下降,国际社会加强金融监管和改革国际金融秩序的呼声高涨,以银行业为主的全球金融行业面临新一轮洗牌。中国银行业如何“危中寻机”,抓住历史赋予的难得机遇,跨出国门,在国际上建立起具备一定竞争力的经营体系,通过实施适合目前经营实际的国际化经营策略,快速而扎实地提高国际竞争力和影响力,从而为发展打开国际空间,是目前中国商业银行,特别是大型商业银行需要认真研究的课题。 中国工商银行成立与1984年,经过近30年的坚持发展,中国工商银行已成为全球市值最大、客户存款第一和盈利最多的上市银行,2012年排名世界500强企业第77位,在中资银行中排名第一。在为境内企业客户和个人客户提供多元和专业的金融性质的服务同时,工商银行也随着我国企业国际化步伐,逐步开始了自身的国际化发展,这种发展在2006年股改上市后明显加快,到2012年末,工商银行通过自身机构可在全球33个国家开展金融服务,境外机构总量已达到239家,境外业务已逐步成为工商银行重要的利润来源和未来的发展方向。 本文以中国工商银行为实例,分为六部分进行研究阐述。第一部分导论,主要研究背景及意义、相关理论综述、论文思路和框架及研究方法与创新之处;第二部分介绍银行国际化经营理论,主要从银行国际化涵义、银行国际化的动因理论、经验曲线与产品组合理论、国际化经营理论及商业银行国际化经营概述五个方面展开;第三部分重点介绍中国工商银行国际化经营现状,对其进行简介,同时运用SWOT工具进行定位,分析当前中国工商银行国际化经营现状及存在的问题;第四部分以汇丰和花旗银行为例展开探讨,通过类比介绍外资商业银行国际化经营成功经验借鉴;第五部分主要提出加快中国工商银行国际化经营的发展对策;第六部分进行总结和归纳。 本文选取工商银行国际化经营策略为研究对象,通过理论结合实际的探讨,以期为中国工商银行国际化发展寻找切合其发展要求的经营策略,帮助中国工商银行在未来的国际化发展中走的更为顺畅。同时希望以此为借鉴,能够为我国银行业的国际化发展提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, great changes have taken place in the international economic and financial structure, and this kind of change has continued and deeply affected the development process of China's financial industry. In particular, with the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008, the financial systems of developed economies such as Europe and the United States have been affected to varying degrees, and their comprehensive economic strength and international status have declined. The calls of the international community to strengthen financial supervision and reform the international financial order are rising, and the global financial industry, which is dominated by the banking industry, is facing a new round of reshuffle. How to "seek opportunities in times of danger", seize the rare opportunities given by history, step out of the country, set up a competitive management system in the international community, and implement an international management strategy suitable for the actual operation at present. To improve the international competitiveness and influence rapidly and solidly, thus opening up the international space for development, is a subject that Chinese commercial banks, especially large commercial banks, need to study seriously at present. The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) was founded in 1984. After nearly 30 years of persistent development, ICBC has become the largest listed bank in the world with the largest market value, the highest customer deposits and the highest profit. In 2012, ICBC ranked 77th among the top 500 companies in the world. Ranked first among Chinese banks. While providing diversified and professional financial services to domestic enterprise customers and individual customers, ICBC has gradually begun its own internationalization development with the internationalization of Chinese enterprises. By the end of 2012, ICBC, through its own institutions, could provide financial services in 33 countries around the world, bringing the total number of overseas institutions to 239. Overseas business has gradually become an important profit source and future development direction of ICBC. This article takes the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as an example, divides into six parts to carry on the research elaboration. The first part is introduction, the main research background and significance, the related theory summary, the thesis thought and the frame, the research method and the innovation; the second part introduces the bank internationalization management theory, mainly from the bank internationalization meaning, The motivation theory of bank internationalization, the theory of experience curve and product combination, the theory of international operation and the summary of international operation of commercial bank are carried out. The third part mainly introduces the current situation of international operation of ICBC. At the same time, using SWOT tools to analyze the current situation of ICBC's international operation and the existing problems. The fourth part takes HSBC and Citibank as an example to discuss. This paper introduces the successful experiences of foreign commercial banks by analogy; the fifth part mainly puts forward the countermeasures to accelerate the internationalization of ICBC; the sixth part summarizes and summarizes. In this paper, ICBC's international management strategy is chosen as the research object, and through the combination of theory and practice, the author hopes to find out suitable management strategy for ICBC's internationalization development. Help ICBC to move more smoothly in its future international development. At the same time, I hope this can provide some reference for the international development of China's banking industry.
