我国城市商业银行引进境外战略投资者的绩效研究

【摘要】：金融服务业是我国经济发展的核心，，金融服务业的改革是促进我国经济发展的主要动力。而城市商业银行作为我国金融服务业的重要组成部分，其改革、发展和稳定是促进我国金融服务业乃至整个中国经济的发展的动力。引进境外战略投资者是我国城市商业银行改革的有效途径，通过“引资”达到“引智”与“引制”是我国城市商业银行发展的重要路径之一。本文通过理论与实证研究、定性与定量分析相结合的方法，选取2002年—2011年57家城市商业银行的相关数据，实证研究了引进境外战略投资者对我国城市商业银行“引资”、“引智”与“引制”效果的评价。首先从横向与纵向进行城商行之间与城商行引资前后进行对比，其次从引入外资数目与投资者持股比例对城商行绩效进行分析，然后对模型进行了稳健性检验，最后提出相应的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The financial service industry is the core of our country's economic development, and the reform of the financial service industry is the main motive force to promote the economic development of our country. As an important part of China's financial service industry, urban commercial banks' reform, development and stability are the driving forces to promote the development of China's financial services industry and even the whole Chinese economy. The introduction of foreign strategic investors is an effective way for the reform of urban commercial banks in China, and it is one of the important paths for the development of urban commercial banks to achieve "attracting wisdom" and "introducing system" through "attracting investment". Through theoretical and empirical research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper selects 57 urban commercial banks from 2002 to 2011, and empirically studies the introduction of foreign strategic investors to China's urban commercial banks. Evaluation of the effect of "introduction of wisdom" and "introduction of system". First of all, the paper makes a comparison between the city commercial bank and the city commercial bank before and after the introduction of capital from the horizontal and vertical aspects, and then analyzes the performance of the city commercial bank from the number of foreign capital introduced and the proportion of investors holding shares, and then tests the robustness of the model. Finally, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
