探索政府投资带动民间投资的有效途径

【摘要】：政府投资带动民间投资,对促进整个社会经济资源配置,弥补市场失灵,发挥政府宏观调控作用,促进经济稳定、协调发展具有重要意义。因此,应在政府主导下,建立为民间投资服务的信用体系和融资体系;引导民间投资流向,调节投资结构;完善政府投资与民间投资的进入与退出机制;进一步完善投资环境,提高投资效率。
