金融IC卡整合城市一卡通行业资源商业模式的探讨

【摘要】:当前正处于磁条银行卡向金融IC卡过渡的重要时期,中国银行卡正面临着越来越多的挑战,如何保持自身的有利地位并开拓新的应用领域成为每一家金融IC卡发卡机构必须面对的问题。本文旨在通过研究金融IC卡整合外部行业资源的商业模式,给出一个可行的方法来扩展金融IC卡的应用领域,增加用户数量,以应对未来激烈的市场竞争。 本文先运用PEST模型分析了我国金融IC卡所处的政治、经济、社会和技术环境,得知金融IC卡虽然目前处于一个良好的经营环境中,但未来将面临激烈的竞争。然后通过五力分析模型研究了金融IC卡所处的个人现场支付产业中现有竞争的强度、消费者讨价还价的能力、供应商讨价还价的能力、替代品的相似性以及潜在竞争者进入的风险,从分析中发现在个人现场支付产业中现有竞争对手和消费者的影响力量较大。最后分析归纳了金融IC卡发展中所遇到的主要问题。 针对上述的分析,为了适应环境的变化,应对激烈的竞争,本文提出了金融IC卡整合外部行业资源的创新商业模式。通过应用商业模式创新理论,首先提出了整合行业资源的基本思路,并分析了整合的主要目标。随后以城市一卡通为例,运用商业模式创新的框架,详细分析了金融IC卡整合城市一卡通资源的价值主张,即提高金融IC产品体验、共享客户资源、增加金融IC卡发卡机构收益和为城市一卡通增加获利途径。然后提出了用金融规范将技术标准统一、补偿城市一卡通前期投入和调整城市一卡通盈利模式这三个价值支撑手段。再从客户界面、内部界面和伙伴界面的角度分析了该商业模式创新的价值保持。接下来,从资源整合、商业模式创新和战略联盟三个角度总结了整合城市一卡通行业资源这一创新对我国金融IC卡发展的战略意义,并给出了一些具体的实施建议。最后,分析了该商业模式创新实施过程中可能出现的风险点以及降低风险的方法。 城市一卡通行业资源在金融IC卡外部整合目标中具有普遍的代表性,本文希望通过这一具体行业的整合案例,为金融IC卡产业内的发卡机构、收单机构、银联以及合作行业提供一个新的商业模式创新思路,并形成资源共享、优势互补的共赢格局。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese bank cards are facing more and more challenges during the important period of transition from magnetic stripe bank cards to financial IC cards. How to maintain its own favorable position and open up new fields of application has become a problem that every financial IC card issuer must face. The purpose of this paper is to develop a feasible method to expand the application field of financial IC card and to increase the number of users in order to cope with the fierce market competition in the future by studying the business model of integrating external industry resources with financial IC card. This paper analyzes the political, economic, social and technological environment of financial IC card in China by using PEST model, and finds out that financial IC card is in a good operating environment, but it will face fierce competition in the future. Then through the five-force analysis model, the paper studies the existing competition intensity, the bargaining power of consumers and the bargaining power of suppliers in the personal on-site payment industry where the financial IC card is located. From the analysis of the similarity of alternatives and the risk of potential competitors entering, it is found that the influence of existing competitors and consumers in the individual field payment industry is strong. Finally, the main problems encountered in the development of financial IC card are analyzed and summarized. In view of the above analysis, in order to adapt to the change of the environment and cope with the fierce competition, this paper puts forward the innovative business model of integrating the external industry resources with the financial IC card. By applying the theory of business model innovation, this paper first puts forward the basic idea of integrating industry resources, and analyzes the main goal of integration. Then, taking urban one-card as an example, using the framework of business model innovation, this paper analyzes in detail the value proposition of financial IC card integrating urban one-card resources, that is, improving the financial IC product experience and sharing customer resources. Increase the revenue of financial IC card issuer and increase the profit path for the city card. Then it puts forward three value supporting means: unifying the technical standard with financial norm, compensating the early investment of the urban card and adjusting the profit model of the urban card. From the customer interface, internal interface and partner interface, the value of the business model innovation is analyzed. Then, from the perspective of resource integration, business model innovation and strategic alliance, this paper summarizes the strategic significance of integrating the resources of urban card industry to the development of financial IC card of our country, and gives some concrete implementation suggestions. Finally, the paper analyzes the possible risk points in the implementation of the business model innovation and the methods to reduce the risk. The resources of urban IC card industry have universal representation in the external integration target of financial IC card. This paper hopes to pass the integration case of this specific industry to be the card issuing agency and receiving agency in the financial IC card industry. UnionPay and the cooperation industry provide a new business model innovation, and form a win-win pattern of resource sharing and complementary advantages.
