D公司供应链金融风险控制策略研究

【摘要】：供应链金融作为一门新兴的产业出现，其理论管理思想和实际的商业价值给社会带来了不小的收益。基于这一学科，越来越多的公司把精力更多的倾向于本身产品的研发生产与销售等核心技术环节，而将原材料采购、产品分销等非核心技术环节都外包给第三方专业供应链物流公司。我国的供应链物流公司大多都是从以前的传统物流公司和一些贸易公司转型而来。借助多年的实际操作经验，为客户提供诸如供应链采购执行、分销执行、进出口清关、保税仓库、等一系列的供应链一站式服务。 经过进一步深入研究国内比较领先的供应链物流公司客户所在的行业，很容易发现，一般每家供应链物流公司都会有自己专注的几个熟悉行业。例如：电子产品行业、医疗行业、钢材焦炭行业和化工行业等。相比较银行而言，这些专业供应链物流公司对其服务的行业会有着更加深入的洞察力，对于行业内的运作模式和产品市场走向、价格动态等关键信息都了如指掌，资深的行业背景和专业的供应链金融解决方案会使供应链物流公司比银行更能准确的把握全局的合作进度，，更加可以把控业务操作中的各种突发性风险。 在本文的研究过程中，笔者首先介绍了供应链金融这一新兴产业，又结合所服务的D公司实际现状，具体阐述了供应链金融的风险点与把控度。笔者还通过实际操作中的研究与比较，针对一些固定行业内的供应链金融业务模式进行风险问题的深入分析，着眼于解决D公司在供应链金融业务操作中所遇到的各种风险。 通过本次研究，D公司在供应链金融业务中把控风险的能力得到了明显提高，使得某些供应链金融业务扭亏为盈，为同行业内的企业在开展相关业务的过程中提供了参考和依据。
[Abstract]:As a new industry, supply chain finance has brought great benefits to the society. Based on this discipline, more and more companies are focusing more on the core technical links, such as research, development, production and sales of their own products, instead of purchasing raw materials. Product distribution and other non-core technical links are outsourced to third-party professional supply chain logistics companies. Supply chain logistics companies in China are mostly transformed from traditional logistics companies and some trading companies. With many years of practical experience, we provide a series of supply chain one-stop services such as supply chain purchasing execution, distribution execution, import and export clearance, bonded warehouse, and so on. It is easy to find out that each supply chain logistics company will have several familiar industries with its own focus after further in-depth study of the industry in which the domestic leading supply chain logistics company customers are located. For example: electronics industry, medical industry, steel coke industry and chemical industry. Compared with banks, these professional supply chain logistics companies will have a deeper insight into the industry they serve, and will be well aware of key information such as how the industry operates and where the product market is headed, price dynamics, and so on. Senior industry background and professional supply chain financial solutions will enable supply chain logistics companies to more accurately grasp the overall cooperation progress than banks, more can control the business operations in a variety of unexpected risks. In the research process of this paper, the author first introduces supply chain finance, a new industry, and expounds the risk point and control degree of supply chain finance in combination with the actual situation of D company. Through the research and comparison in practice, the author makes a deep analysis on the risk of supply chain financial business model in some fixed industries, and focuses on solving the various risks encountered by D company in the operation of supply chain financial business. Through this study, the ability of D company to control risks in the supply chain financial business has been obviously improved, which makes some supply chain financial business turn to profit, and provides reference and basis for the enterprises in the same industry in the process of carrying out related business.
