建设银行台州分行竞争力研究

【摘要】:伴随着内外部经济形势变化,我国商业银行面临着新的竞争环境,竞争力提升面临着经济全球化、利率市场化等多种新的挑战。 国有商业银行的二级分行,是总行战略的重要执行者,处于战略实施的中观层面,承上启下,竞争力状况对整个商业银行有着重大的影响。 本文以中国建设银行百家中心城市行之一的台州建行为研究对象,以当地四大国有商业银行二级分行为参照,比较分析该行竞争力状况。 在充分吸收前人研究的基础上,建立了竞争力研究三级指标体系,一级指标体系包含规模指标、能力指标、硬实力指标与软实力四项指标,还包含16个二级指标、43个三级指标。指标体系中既有静态指标,又有动态的指标,既有显示资源状况的硬实力指标,也有体现文化方面的较实力指标,选取的指标重点着眼现状,同时又考虑其潜在的竞争力与未来发展变化,,使评价体系尽可能做到科学全面。 本文运用网络分析法(ANP),通过对ANP分析模型的构建、有关指标数据的确定,对台州四大国有商业银行竞争力情况进行了实证分析,得出四行竞争力的排序结果,以及台州建行竞争力结论。研究表明,与其他三大行相比,台州建行在业务规模、客户数量、渠道建设、人员总量、资产质量、案件防控等方面还比较落后,这也是台州建行竞争力较弱的主要原因。在对该行短腿指标、发展环境、优势指标进一步深入分析的基础上,提出了台州建行竞争力提升的五点措施,包括加强队伍建设、推进渠道建设、推广运用新产品、加大客户营销力度、重视风险防控等。
[Abstract]:With the changes of internal and external economic situation, Chinese commercial banks are facing new competitive environment, and the promotion of competitiveness is facing many new challenges, such as economic globalization, interest rate marketization and so on. The secondary branch of the state-owned commercial bank is the important executor of the strategy of the head office, which is in the middle level of the implementation of the strategy. The competitive ability of the state-owned commercial bank has a great influence on the whole commercial bank. Taking Taizhou Construction behavior, one of the 100 central cities of China Construction Bank, as the research object, this paper compares and analyzes the competitiveness of the four local state-owned commercial banks' secondary branches. On the basis of absorbing the previous researches, this paper sets up a three-level index system of competitiveness research. The first-level index system includes four indexes: scale index, ability index, hard power index and soft power index, and also includes 16 second-level indexes and 43 third-level indexes. In the index system, there are both static and dynamic indicators, as well as hard strength indicators to show the status of resources, as well as relatively strong indicators to reflect cultural aspects. The selected indicators focus on the current situation. At the same time, considering its potential competitiveness and future development, the evaluation system can be as scientific and comprehensive as possible. This paper analyzes the competitiveness of the four state-owned commercial banks in Taizhou through the construction of ANP analysis model and the determination of relevant index data by means of network analysis (ANP), and obtains the ranking results of the four lines of competitiveness. And Taizhou Construction Bank competitiveness conclusion. The research shows that compared with the other three banks, Taizhou Construction Bank still lags behind in business scale, customer number, channel construction, total personnel, asset quality and case prevention and control, which is also the main reason for Taizhou Construction Bank's weak competitiveness. On the basis of further analysis of the bank's short-leg index, development environment, and superiority index, this paper puts forward five measures to enhance the competitiveness of Taizhou Construction Bank, including strengthening the team building, promoting the channel construction, and popularizing the application of new products. Increase customer marketing efforts, risk prevention and control, and so on.
