XY银行私人银行客户经理胜任素质模型构建研究

【摘要】:私人银行业务近年来在中国开展得如火如荼。作为私人银行最重要的竞争力——私人银行客户经理却很难满足私人银行客户的需要。 本文将从我国某股份制商业银行XY银行的私人银行部门面临的现实情况入手,对胜任素质模型理论作了回顾,对私人银行客户经理胜任素质模型构建的必要性作了阐述,对胜任素质词典作了编制,对XY银行私人银行客户经理胜任素质模型构建进行研究,构建了适合XY银行的私人银行客户经理胜任素质模型,并简要阐述该模型在XY银行人力资源管理方面的应用。 针对XY银行私人银行成立时间较晚、数据有限的实际情况,本文采用演绎法而非传统的归纳法对胜任素质模型进行了构建,从私人银行客户需求角度选取胜任素质,,组建由私人银行客户经理、私人银行其他岗位、私人银行人力资源部门、私人银行客户、外部咨询机构专家组成的专家小组对胜任素质进行评价,通过分析计算、排序分类构建专业知识胜任素质模型和通用能力胜任素质。期望本文提出的胜任素质模型能够给XY银行私人银行客户经理人力资源管理相关工作提供一定的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Private banking has been in full swing in China in recent years. Private bank account managers, the most important competitiveness of private banks, find it difficult to meet the needs of private bank customers. In this paper, the author reviews the theory of competency model and expounds the necessity of constructing customer manager competency model of private bank, starting with the reality of the private banking department of XY Bank, a joint-stock commercial bank in China, and reviewing the theory of competency model. The competency dictionaries are compiled, the XY bank private bank account manager competency model is studied, and the private bank account manager competency model suitable for XY bank is constructed. The application of this model in human resource management of XY bank is briefly described. In view of the fact that the private bank of XY bank is established late and the data is limited, this paper constructs the competency model by deductive method rather than the traditional induction method, and selects the competency from the point of view of the customer demand of the private bank. Set up an expert group composed of private bank account managers, private bank other positions, private bank human resources departments, private bank clients, and experts from outside consulting organizations to evaluate the competency, and through analysis and calculation, Ranking and classifying to construct professional knowledge competency model and general competence competency. It is expected that the competency model proposed in this paper can be used for reference and reference for the human resource management of private bank customer managers in XY Bank.
