包商银行领导力学习地图研究

【摘要】:金融发展一直是经济发展的“晴雨表”,中国金融业正面临着利率市场化及经济一体化等诸多挑战,作为银行业中最为活跃的分子——城市商业银行正处于粗放管理到精细化管理的过渡期,靠规模扩张的跨越式发展阶段已经过去,行业的竞争将更加激烈。精细化管理的要求迫在眉睫,而提高管理人员的能力就是关键的一环。当今的企业竞争关键是人才的竞争。谁拥有人才谁就可以更有效率的运作企业资源,谁就能赚取更丰厚的利润。 中国有句俗语“火车跑的快,全靠车头带”,从这朴素的话语中揭示了“领导”及“领导力”对一个组织发展的重要作用。领导活动历来就是人们乐于探讨的话题,尤其对于个体来说,是人类着迷与渴望的活动。人类对于领导的研究也不曾止步,人们一直都在努力寻找一条培养领导力的有效捷径。各种理论从领导的特质、模式、情境、权变、路径、目标等多个方面进行了探索与研讨。 本文主要探讨包商银行如何构建领导力学习地图,为管理人员提升能力提供指导,协助企业有效积聚人力资本。希望通过学习地图,加强领导力培训体系建设,进而助推企业人才梯队建设;希望通过学习地图,按图索骥,找到领导力学习路径;希望通过学习地图,贯穿培训散点,提高领导力培训的体系化水平。
[Abstract]:Financial development has always been the barometer of economic development. China's financial industry is facing many challenges, such as marketization of interest rates and economic integration. As the most active element in banking, urban commercial banks are in the transition period from extensive management to fine management. The leapfrog development stage of scale expansion has passed, and the competition in the industry will become more intense. The requirement of fine management is urgent, and improving the ability of management is a key link. Nowadays, the key of enterprise competition is talent competition. Who has talent will be able to more efficient operation of enterprise resources, who can earn more profits. There is a saying in China that "the train runs fast and depends entirely on the front band", which reveals the important role of "leadership" and "leadership" in the development of an organization. Leadership has always been a topic that people are willing to discuss, especially for individuals, it is the activity of human fascination and desire. Human research on leadership has not stopped, people have been trying to find an effective shortcut to leadership. Various theories are explored and discussed from the characteristics, models, situations, contingency, paths, goals and other aspects of leadership. This paper mainly discusses how the contractor bank constructs the leadership learning map to provide guidance for managers to improve their abilities and to help enterprises to accumulate human capital effectively. It is hoped that the construction of leadership training system will be strengthened by studying map, and then the construction of enterprise talent echelon will be promoted, and the path of leadership learning will be found by studying map, searching according to clues and finding out the path of leadership learning. Hope to learn map, through training scattered points, improve leadership training system level.
