包商银行存货质押风险控制研究

【摘要】：在内蒙古呼包鄂地区的经济发展中,中小型企业起着举足轻重的作用,但是融资困难一直是制约中小型企业扩大规模和经济发展的首要问题。本文针对包商银行的供应链融资情况进行研究,其作为内蒙古地区最大的地方性商业银行,主要致力于为各类中小企业提供融资服务。针对内蒙古地区中小企业特点,包商银行近年来着力推进供应链融资项下存货质押业务服务,这样不仅解决了中小型企业急需资金的困难,而且对于包商银行的授信也起到了保障作用,一举两得。 本文首先通过对包商银行供应链融资业务开展情况的分析,阐释了供应链融资的概念界定和存货质押方面在国内外的发展现状,同时说明了包商银行发展供应链融资业务项下存货质押业务的发展背景与现状；接着是通过对包头市的钢铁生产企业存货质押案例和稀土贸易企业存货质押案例及乌海市煤炭运销企业存货质押三个典型中小型企业的案例分析,说明了包商银行存货质押的过程以及分析了存货质押过程中存在的风险；最后由案例分析引发思考,对存货质押的风险和出现的问题提出相应的对策。从而找出适合该包商银行供应链融资存货质押模式业务发展的因素,为满足该地区中小企业融资需求,促进地区经济发展尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:In the economic development of Hupao-Hubei area of Inner Mongolia, the small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role, but the difficulty of financing has always been the primary problem restricting the expansion of the scale and economic development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. As the largest local commercial bank in Inner Mongolia, the supply chain financing of the contractor bank is mainly devoted to providing financing services for all kinds of small and medium-sized enterprises. In view of the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia, in recent years, the contractor's Bank has focused on promoting the service of inventory pledge under the item of supply chain financing, which not only solves the problem that small and medium-sized enterprises urgently need funds, And for the contractor's bank credit also played a role in the protection, one-shot two. Firstly, through the analysis of the supply chain financing business of the contractor bank, this paper explains the definition of supply chain financing and the development of inventory pledge at home and abroad. At the same time, it explains the development background and present situation of the inventory pledge business under the development of supply chain financing business of the contractor bank. Then, through the case study of stock pledge of iron and steel production enterprises in Baotou city and rare earth trading enterprises and three typical small and medium-sized enterprises of Wuhai coal transportation and marketing enterprises, This paper explains the process of inventory pledge in contractor bank and analyzes the risk in the process of inventory pledge. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to deal with the risk and problems of inventory pledge. In order to meet the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region and promote the regional economic development, we can find out the factors suitable for the business development of the supply chain financing inventory pledge mode of the contractor bank, and do our best to meet the financing needs of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
