交通银行湖南分行电子银行业务:现状及对策

【摘要】:随着互联网的快速发展,计算机网络技术的飞跃前进,网民数量的飞速增长,金融业出现了新的变革,电子银行业务作为银行一种全新的服务方式诞生,有效缓解了银行柜面压力、创新金融服务以及增加中间收入,并且满足了人们日益多样化和高效率的金融服务需求。未来电子银行发展的情况将直接影响交通银行在各商业银行竞争中的战略地位。作为交通银行的一个缩影,交行湖南分行如何加快电子银行业务的发展,是实现交通银行健康发展的保障。 文章采用比较研究法、调查研究法、案例分析法等定性分析法,以及ARMA模型定量分析法,对交通银行湖南分行电子银行业务的发展现状及对策进行详细研究。本文在了解交行湖南分行电子银行业务与国外同业、湖南同业以及交行系统内各省级相比存在的优势和不足之处以及准确把握湖南交行乃至国内电子银行业务的发展趋势的基础上,通过客户满意度调查发现交行湖南分行电子业务发展中存在的问题和原因,并借鉴国外(美国安全第一银行、富国银行以及加拿大蒙特利尔银行)和国内(中国工商银行)的电子银行业务成功经验,得出湖南交行电子银行业务的发展对策:(1)营销策略,即分层次有重点地营销、加强宣传力度、开展微博营销、对营销人员进行培训、完善电子银行考核机制等;(2)业务创新策略,即进行电子银行渠道、产品服务创新,完善微信银行,推出电视银行,组建一支高素质的电子银行创新人才队伍等;(3)安全策略,即强化电子银行制度建设、加强风险管理、加强安全技术研发、加强安全知识普及和组建同业风险防范组织等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet, the rapid advance of computer network technology, the rapid growth of the number of Internet users, the financial industry has a new change, electronic banking business as a new way of banking services was born. It effectively alleviates the bank counter pressure, innovates financial services and increases intermediate income, and meets the increasingly diversified and efficient demand for financial services. The development of electronic banking in the future will directly affect the strategic position of Bank of Communications in the competition of commercial banks. As a microcosm of Bank of Communications, how to accelerate the development of electronic banking in Hunan Branch is the guarantee to realize the healthy development of Bank of Communications. By using the qualitative analysis method such as comparative research method, investigation method, case analysis method and quantitative analysis method of ARMA model, this paper makes a detailed study on the present situation and countermeasures of electronic banking business in Hunan Branch of Bank of Communications. In this paper, we understand the electronic banking business of the Hunan Branch of the Bank of Communications and its foreign counterparts. On the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of the Hunan interbank and the provincial level of the Bank of Communications system and the accurate understanding of the development trend of the electronic banking business of Hunan Communications Bank and even the domestic electronic bank, Through the investigation of customer satisfaction, we find out the problems and reasons in the electronic business development of the Hunan Branch of the Bank of Communications, and draw lessons from foreign countries (the first Bank of American Security, The successful experience in electronic banking business of Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of Montreal of Canada) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has obtained the following countermeasures: (1) Marketing strategy, I. e. Strengthen propaganda, carry out Weibo marketing, train marketing personnel, perfect the examination mechanism of electronic bank, etc. (2) Business innovation strategy, that is, to carry out electronic banking channel, product service innovation, perfect WeChat bank, launch TV bank, set up a high-quality team of innovative talents of electronic bank, etc. (3) Security strategy, that is, strengthening the construction of electronic banking system, strengthening the risk management, strengthening the research and development of security technology, strengthening the popularization of security knowledge and setting up the risk prevention organization of the same industry, etc.
