孟津民丰村镇银行的发展战略研究

【摘要】：随着中国特色社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,银行在经济体系中的作用不断增强,作为整个经济运行的核心环节,银行对于资金的有效配置对于整个国民经济的发展影响巨大。村镇银行作为一种新型的农村金融机构,在促进地方经济建设与农村各项事业的发展方面,发挥着重要的作用。 本文首先介绍了研究该银行战略管理的相关理论,再简要分析了当前民丰村镇银行的现状。紧接着研究了民丰村镇银行所面临的的外部环境,包括该银行所面临的国家经济政策、行业发展情况等,同时探讨了民丰村镇银行现有的经营状况和它所拥有的内部资源,找到其发展的优势和劣势。依据相关的竞争战略理论,采用PEST分析法和五力模型分析等分析方法再对该银行作进一步分析。在这些分析的基础上,结合民丰村镇银行的使命、愿景,确定该银行的战略定位和战略目标,再根据这些战略目标制定出相关的发展战略,最后是战略的实施。 本文立足于民丰村镇银行的日常经营现状,结合作者自身在该行的工作经历,对该行的发展战略提出了具体可行的措施,研究内容新颖,对于民丰村镇银行的进一步发展有着较强的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics, the role of banks in the economic system has been continuously strengthened, as the core link of the whole economic operation. The effective allocation of funds by banks has a great impact on the development of the whole national economy. As a new type of rural financial institution, village bank plays an important role in promoting local economic construction and the development of rural undertakings. This paper first introduces the relevant theories of the bank's strategic management, and then briefly analyzes the current situation of Minfeng Village Bank. Then, the paper studies the external environment faced by Minfeng Village Bank, including the national economic policy, industry development and so on. At the same time, it discusses the existing operating situation and internal resources of Minfeng Village Bank. Find out the advantages and disadvantages of its development. According to the theory of competition strategy, the bank is further analyzed by PEST analysis and five-force model analysis. On the basis of these analyses, combined with the mission and vision of Minfeng Village Bank, this paper determines the strategic orientation and strategic objectives of the Bank, and then formulates relevant development strategies according to these strategic objectives, and finally, the implementation of the strategy. Based on the daily management situation of Minfeng Village Bank and the author's own working experience in the bank, this paper puts forward concrete and feasible measures for the development strategy of the bank, and the research contents are novel. For the further development of Minfeng Village Bank has a strong reference value.
