跨境人民币职能不完全的脆弱性及其防御

【摘要】：近年来,跨境人民币在国际结算和国际交易领域里的地位突飞猛进,但在国际储备地位的上升却不明显,出现了跨境人民币职能发展上的不完全性。如果人民币在境外不能长期地、有效地被持有和占用,或被储藏(储备),就有相当部分在国际上游弋,形成了对我国经济金融抗干扰、抗风险能力的严峻考验,使我国极易处于潜在金融不稳定或高风险的状态下,即形成一种跨境人民币职能不完全的脆弱性。如何防御跨境人民币职能不完全的脆弱性的积累,给我国经济金融带来不稳定或高风险则是本文尝试解决的问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the status of cross-border RMB in the field of international settlement and international trading has been advancing by leaps and bounds, but the rise in the status of international reserve is not obvious, resulting in the incomplete development of cross-border RMB functions. If the RMB cannot be held and occupied, or stored (in reserve) for a long time abroad, a considerable part of the RMB will be cruising around the world, creating a severe test of China's economic and financial interference and its ability to resist risks. China is extremely vulnerable to potential financial instability or high risk, that is to say, it forms a kind of incomplete fragility of cross-border RMB function. How to prevent the accumulation of the incomplete fragility of cross-border RMB and bring instability or high risk to the economy and finance of our country is the problem that this paper tries to solve.
