台湾助学贷款立法及启示

【摘要】：台湾经济发达,立法先进,助学贷款立法对大陆地区有较强的借鉴意义。台湾助学贷款立法是以部门规章的形式存在的,具有以下特点:发放范围广泛,包括高中、高职、专科、大学、研究所、进修补习学校;贷款金额可满足学生在校的全部支出;采用保证方式提供担保;申请资格具体而明细;对贷款学生利息补贴较多;困难学生可延长还款期限;主管机关承担更大的风险等。
[Abstract]:Taiwan has developed economy and advanced legislation. The legislation on student loan in Taiwan exists in the form of department rules and regulations, and has the following characteristics: a wide range of grants, including senior high schools, higher vocational colleges, specialties, universities, research institutes, and tutorial schools, the amount of which can meet the total expenses of students at school; Use guarantee to provide guarantee; Application qualification is specific and detailed; loan student interest subsidy is more; difficult student can extend repayment period; competent authority undertakes bigger risk and so on.
