论人民币国际化的风险与对策

【摘要】：由美国次贷危机引发的全球经济危机给世界经济造成了巨大的负面冲击。时至今日，世界经济仍在复苏的道路上步履蹒跚。但是，经济全球化的趋势并没有因为这次经济危机而扭转，反而在危机后得到进一步发展。我国在加入世界贸易组织之后也进一步加速经济全球化，我国经济与全球经济的关联性日益增强，国际化程度不断加深。随着我国经济国际化程度的提高，人民币国际化进程也自然而然地提上了议程。目前，人民币已经开始逐步有序地周边化和区域化，在与我国周边国家和地区的经贸往来中发挥着越来越重要的作用。对人民币国际化进程的风险进行分析，不仅可以丰富相关的理论研究，而且对平稳有序推进人民币国际化进程有着重要的指导意义。本文主要对人民币国际化的风险进行了研究，主要采用的研究方法包括规范分析法和实证分析法、经验总结法和比较分析法。首先，本文对货币国际化的内涵、风险相关的理论研究及应对方法进行了简要评介，对人民币国际化风险的国内外研究现状进行了综述。其次，结合目前人民币国际化的现状，系统归纳分析了人民币国际化已经或可能面临的风险因素。再次，本文梳理分析了美元、欧元、日元、泰铢和俄罗斯卢布等国家货币的国际化历程及风险应对，分别总结了各自应对风险的主要做法，进而总结出对人民币国际化风险应对有借鉴意义的启示。最后，基于前文对人民币国际化的理论基础和现实基础的分析，以及对其它货币国际化的经验借鉴，针对人民币国际化面临的不同风险，提出了应对人民币国际化风险的针对性对策，，以期对我国人民币国际化的风险应对提供有益的理论和实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:The global economic crisis caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has caused a huge negative impact on the world economy. Today, the world economy is still stumbling along the road to recovery. However, the trend of economic globalization has not been reversed by the economic crisis, but has been further developed after the crisis. After joining WTO, our country also accelerates the economic globalization further. The relationship between our economy and the global economy is increasing day by day, and the degree of internationalization is deepening. With the improvement of China's economic internationalization, the process of RMB internationalization has naturally been put on the agenda. At present, the RMB has gradually begun to circumscribe and regionalize in an orderly manner, which plays an increasingly important role in economic and trade exchanges with our neighboring countries and regions. The risk analysis of RMB internationalization process can not only enrich the relevant theoretical research, but also have an important guiding significance for the smooth and orderly promotion of RMB internationalization process. This paper mainly studies the risk of RMB internationalization, including normative analysis and empirical analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis. First of all, this paper briefly reviews the connotation of currency internationalization, risk related theoretical research and countermeasures, and summarizes the current research situation of RMB internationalization risk at home and abroad. Secondly, combined with the current situation of RMB internationalization, this paper systematically analyzes the risk factors that RMB internationalization has or may face. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the internationalization course and risk response of the currencies of US dollar, euro, yen, Thai baht and Russian rouble, and summarizes the main ways to deal with the risk respectively. Then summed up the RMB internationalization risk response has reference significance enlightenment. Finally, based on the previous analysis of the theoretical and practical basis of RMB internationalization, as well as the experience of other currencies internationalization, aiming at the different risks faced by RMB internationalization, This paper puts forward countermeasures to deal with the risk of RMB internationalization in order to provide useful theoretical and practical reference for the risk response of RMB internationalization in China.
