交通银行内蒙古分行电子银行业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:在银行业竞争日趋激烈的背景下,单个银行要想“出人头地”,唯有靠过硬的金融服务,而在全球电子化、网络化的趋势下,银行服务的电子化已经是一个不可逆转的潮流。交通银行内蒙古分行作为一个快速发展的地区分行,试图从电子银行业务的大力发展的方向来进行一个质的飞跃。交通银行内蒙古分行积极响应国家西部大开发战略号召,主动融入内蒙古自治区经济社会建设当中,利用电子银行渠道作为分行业务发展的新型营销方式,已成为其业务经营的重要组成部分,在展示经营形象和竞争实力中发挥着越来越重要的作用。事实上,在经营多样化发展的今天,商业银行在面对业务大幅增长的同时,因受限于服务渠道的不足,致使服务质量下降成为一种常见的现象。这些问题都普遍存在于包括交通银行内蒙古分行在内的国内商业银行当中。 论文通过论述电子银行在中国的发展及交通银行电子银行业务的发展状况,重点通过调查研究、案例等方式来研究交通银行内蒙古分行电子银行业务发展的现状及存在问题,提出现阶段交行内蒙分行电子银行业务发展的策略,包括但不限于如跨界创新及打造“一键式银行”等多项措施。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasingly fierce competition in banking industry, if a single bank wants to "stand out", it can only rely on the excellent financial services. Under the trend of global electronization and networking, the electronization of banking services has become an irreversible trend. The Inner Mongolia Branch of Bank of Communications, as a rapidly developing regional branch, tries to make a qualitative leap from the direction of the vigorous development of electronic banking business. The Inner Mongolia Branch of the Bank of Communications has responded positively to the strategic call for the development of the country's western region and actively integrated into the economic and social construction of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, using electronic banking channels as a new type of marketing method for branch business development. It has become an important part of its business operation and plays a more and more important role in displaying its image and competitive strength. In fact, with the development of business diversification, commercial banks are facing the substantial growth of business, but also limited by the lack of service channels, resulting in the decline of service quality has become a common phenomenon. These problems are common in domestic commercial banks including Bank of Communications Inner Mongolia Branch. This paper discusses the development of electronic banking in China and the development of electronic banking business of Bank of Communications, focusing on the current situation and existing problems of the development of electronic banking business in Inner Mongolia Branch of Bank of Communications by means of investigation and research, case study and so on. This paper puts forward some strategies for the development of electronic banking in Inner Mongolia Branch, including, but not limited to, such measures as cross-border innovation and the creation of a "one-click bank".
