吉林省农业现代化进程中金融资源配置效率研究

【摘要】：金融日益成为现代经济发展的核心力量。农业金融资源的合理化配置将促进农村经济的快速发展。吉林省农业现代化发展较慢的主要原因是农业金融资源的配置效率低,农业发展没有充足的资金及服务支持。提高农业金融资源配置效率,对促进吉林省农业现代化发展,建设社会主义新农村具有重要的意义。本文分为六部分,第一部分阐述了研究背景、目的及意义,并归纳了国内外研究现状,在此基础上提出本文的研究思路及方法。第二部分介绍农业现代化金融资源配置的相关概念与理论。第三部分对国外农业金融资源配置经验进行了比较分析并总结了对吉林省的启示。第四部分介绍了吉林省农业金融资源配置现状。第五部分基于1991-2010吉林省农业金融资源及农业总产值等相关数据,构建线性回归模型,运用最小二乘估计分析不同农业金融资源对农业现代化的贡献程度。第六部分分析了吉林省农业金融资源低效配置的原因。第七部分提出提高吉林省农业现代化进程中金融资源配效率的对策：充分发挥各类金融资源配置主体的配置功能；完善金融资源配置机制；改善金融资源配置的金融生态环境。
[Abstract]:Finance has increasingly become the core force of modern economic development. The rational allocation of agricultural financial resources will promote the rapid development of rural economy. The main reason for the slow development of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province is the low allocation efficiency of agricultural financial resources and the lack of adequate funds and service support for agricultural development. It is of great significance to improve the allocation efficiency of agricultural financial resources to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province and to build a new socialist countryside. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part describes the research background, purpose and significance, and summarizes the current situation of research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and methods. The second part introduces the related concepts and theories of agricultural modernization financial resources allocation. The third part makes a comparative analysis of foreign agricultural financial resources allocation experience and summarizes the enlightenment to Jilin Province. The fourth part introduces the present situation of agricultural financial resources allocation in Jilin Province. In the fifth part, based on the data of agricultural financial resources and agricultural output value of Jilin Province from 1991 to 2010, a linear regression model is constructed, and the contribution of different agricultural financial resources to agricultural modernization is analyzed by least square estimation. The sixth part analyzes the reasons for the inefficient allocation of agricultural financial resources in Jilin Province. The seventh part puts forward the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of financial resource allocation in the course of agricultural modernization in Jilin province: to give full play to the allocation function of all kinds of financial resources, to perfect the mechanism of financial resource allocation, and to improve the financial ecological environment of financial resource allocation.
