建设银行河北省分行信用卡业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:在我国,信用卡业务是一项新型个人金融业务,市场容量大、潜力足。随着我国金融市场的日益开放,各家银行为抢占市场份额,都积极行动起来,采取各种有效措施加大推进力度,信用卡业务已成为各大银行实现战略转型的重点。建行总行早已提出建设“国际一流零售商业银行”的战略目标,前董事长郭树清在信用卡中心视察时强调并指出,要从夺取未来零售银行业务战略主动权的高度推进信用卡业务发展。本文以战略管理理论为依据,结合笔者长期从事信用卡业务的经验和知识,较深入分析了建行河北省分行信用卡业务的优劣势,围绕着实现建行河北省分行信用卡业务的战略目标,提出了实现发卡量领先,实现良好的效益以及实现效益与风险平衡的一系列具体的发展策略。 本文共分为八章。第一章介绍了研究背景、意义、内容、方法及论文框架;第二章介绍相关的战略管理理论、分析工具、国内外相关研究综述;第三章运用PEST分析方法、波特五力模型对建行河北省分行信用卡外部环境进行了分析,指出了国内信用卡发展的行业环境以及河北地区信用卡业务的竞争环境;第四章通过对建行河北省分行内部资源分析,运用企业核心竞争力方法和SWOT模型,着重指出了建行河北省分行信用卡业务优劣势;第五章提出了建行河北省分行信用卡业务的发展战略方案;第六章则从规模、效益和风险三个方面,分别提出了相应的发展策略;第七章给出了为实现发展策略,要采取的保障措施和建议;第八章对全文的重要结论进行了归纳,指出论文的不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。 本文立足于世界信用卡行业整体发展大势,着重分析了信用卡业务发展的内在规律。通过运用管理学中的战略管理理论模型和基础研究方法,结合建行河北省分行信用卡业务现状,制定出业务发展战略规划,较为完整地分析了信用卡业务的发展问题,为建行河北省分行在激烈的市场竞争中洞察先机,对建行信用卡业务乃至我国信用卡行业的发展均具有现实参考意义,同时对信贷部门也具有极大的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In China, credit card business is a new type of personal financial business, large market capacity, full of potential. With the increasing opening of the financial market in China, all the banks have taken positive actions to seize the market share and take various effective measures to enhance the promotion. Credit card business has become the focus of the strategic transformation of the major banks. CCB's head office has long put forward the strategic goal of building a "first-class international retail commercial bank," and Guo Shuqing, former chairman, stressed and pointed out during an inspection of the credit card center. It is necessary to advance the development of credit card business by taking the strategic initiative of retail banking in the future. Based on the theory of strategic management and combined with the author's experience and knowledge in credit card business for a long time, this paper deeply analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of credit card business in Hebei Branch of CCB. Around the strategic goal of realizing credit card business of Hebei branch of CCB, this paper puts forward a series of concrete development strategies to realize the leading of card issuance, the realization of good benefit and the balance between benefit and risk. This paper is divided into eight chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, significance, content, methods and the framework of the thesis, the second chapter introduces the relevant strategic management theory, analysis tools, domestic and foreign related research overview; The third chapter analyzes the external environment of credit card in Hebei branch of CCB by using PEST analysis method, and points out the industry environment of domestic credit card development and the competition environment of credit card business in Hebei area. The fourth chapter analyzes the internal resources of the Hebei branch of CCB, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the credit card business of the Hebei branch of CCB by using the method of enterprise core competence and SWOT model. The fifth chapter puts forward the development strategy of the credit card business of Hebei Branch of CCB, and the sixth chapter puts forward the corresponding development strategy from three aspects: scale, benefit and risk. The seventh chapter gives the safeguard measures and suggestions to realize the development strategy, and the eighth chapter summarizes the important conclusions of the paper, points out the shortcomings of the thesis, and looks forward to the future research direction. Based on the overall development trend of credit card industry in the world, this paper analyzes the inherent law of credit card business development. By applying the theoretical model of strategic management and basic research methods in management and combining the current situation of credit card business in Hebei Branch of CCB, this paper draws up a strategic plan for the development of business, and analyzes the development of credit card business in a more complete way. In order to understand the opportunity in the fierce market competition, Hebei Branch of CCB has practical reference significance to the credit card business of CCB and even the development of credit card industry in our country. At the same time, it also has great reference value to the credit department.
