从大公国际主权信用评级标准看我国评级机构的发展

【摘要】：我国评级机构大公国际用自己的"新型信用评级标准"体系挑战三大国际信用评级标准,对典型国家进行了跟踪信用等级评级。该机构对新兴市场国家给予了高于三大评级机构的评级,而对于发达国家给予的评级相对较低。我们认为,衡量一个国家的信用等级,必须客观中立,这也是评级机构的生存之本。我国信用评级机构在现有环境条件下要做大做强,在国际上有影响力和话语权,任重道远,不仅要有外围环境的改变,还要本身的规范发展。
[Abstract]:Dagong International, the rating agency of our country, challenged the three major international credit rating standards with its own "new credit rating standard" system, and tracked the credit rating of typical countries. The agency gives emerging market countries a higher rating than the three major rating agencies, while the developed world has a relatively low rating. We believe that measuring a country's credit rating must be objective and neutral, which is also the survival of rating agencies. China's credit rating agencies should be bigger and stronger under the existing environmental conditions, have international influence and the right to speak, and have a long way to go, not only to change the external environment, but also to regulate the development of their own.
