邹平县农村信用社企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:国内外的优秀企业的实践证明,农村信用社的发展对我国农村金融市场的发展和稳定有着不可或缺的重要地位,企业文化在企业竞争中发挥着极为重要的影响和作用。当下农村信用社正面临向商业银行改革发展的关键时期,,来自众多金融机构的竞争给信用社的经营管理带来巨大的压力,这些压力迫切要求其管理者探索出一条适合农村信用社改革发展的企业文化建设之路,以最大限度地规范员工行为,统一员工意志,凝聚员工力量,激发员工潜力,以保持企业的可持续发展。只有建立了优秀的企业文化,才能保证农村信用社实现可持续发展、更好地立足农业并服务三农。然而,在目前我国的农村信用社文化建设尚且存在诸多问题,甚至提起农村信用社企业文化建设,很多信用社内部的职员不知所谓,他们对农村信用社的企业文化建设认识模糊,没有真正领会到企业文化的基本内涵。所以,要想实现农村信用社的科学发展,改善目前的文化建设状况,就要研究并分析当前造成我国农村信用社文化建设力度不足的根本原因所在,然后对症下药,制定出相应的可操作性、可行性方针或政策。
[Abstract]:The practice of excellent enterprises at home and abroad has proved that the development of rural credit cooperatives plays an indispensable role in the development and stability of rural financial market in our country, and enterprise culture plays a very important role in the competition of enterprises. At present, rural credit cooperatives are facing the critical period of the reform and development of commercial banks. The competition from many financial institutions has brought great pressure on the operation and management of credit cooperatives. These pressures urgently require its managers to explore a road to the construction of enterprise culture suitable for the reform and development of rural credit cooperatives, in order to maximize the standardization of employee behavior, unify the will of employees, pool the strength of employees, and stimulate the potential of employees. In order to maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise. Only by establishing an excellent corporate culture can rural credit cooperatives achieve sustainable development, better base on agriculture and serve agriculture, rural areas and farmers. However, at present, there are still many problems in the cultural construction of rural credit cooperatives in China, and even mention the construction of enterprise culture in rural credit cooperatives. Many staff members of the credit cooperatives do not know the so-called. They have a vague understanding of the corporate culture construction of rural credit cooperatives and do not really understand the basic connotation of corporate culture. Therefore, in order to realize the scientific development of rural credit cooperatives and improve the current situation of cultural construction, it is necessary to study and analyze the root causes of the insufficient cultural construction of rural credit cooperatives in China at present, and then give the right medicine to the case. Formulate the corresponding maneuverability, feasibility guidelines or policies.
