日元国际化模式分析及对人民币国际化模式选择的启示

【摘要】：随着近年来中国经济、社会的快速发展、人民币持续升值以及国际金融危机对现行国际货币体系造成的冲击，人民币出现国际化趋势。货币国际化是一国货币伴随着该国经济的崛起，经济竞争力的提升，其货币职能和投融资职能，越出国境，，走向周边，走向世界的过程。一国货币的国际化，会给该国带来可观的铸币税、减少外汇储备、提高资金使用效益和便于筹措资金等一系列的益处，也会增加抵抗外部冲击的风险能力。人民币国际化，其模式选择尤为重要。通过参考其他国家和地区有关于货币国际化的经验和教训无疑会给人民币国际化的路径选择带来很大的启示，其中尤以同处东亚地区的日本的经验，即日元的国际化过程最值得我们研究和关注，以便为人民币国际化提供较为直观有价值的参考。作为与中国同属亚洲国家的日本，其经济的发展模式与目前中国经济发展的模式有着诸多的相似之处，因此极具参考价值。如在日本经济恢复过程中，随着经济的逐步发展，日本持有的外汇储备不断增加，因而日元承受了巨大的的升值压力。又比如日本经济发展初期是以出口劳动密集型产品为主且随着日本经济的高速发展，其不完善的经济制度、经济结构所导致的各种问题日益凸显。而这些与我国现阶段的经济发展状况和目前人民币所面临的问题极为相似，因而日元可以作为人民币国际化的一个有价值的参考对象。本文试图通过研究日元国际化的历程和模式，同时结合世界经济格局的变化，从而总结得出对人民币国际化的路径启示。日元独特的国际化模式是本文的主要研究内容。首先通过分析整理美元、欧元等国际货币的国际化模式得出货币国际化的一般模式。再对日元国际化历程进行回溯、对日元国际化主要脉络的进行梳理，将之与一般货币国际化的模式进行对比，分析日元国际化的独特模式，总结出日元国际化模式的优点和弊端，从中得出经验及教训。而结合我国经济发展模式和现状，客观科学地研究他国货币国际化路径，对于我国货币国际化的路径选择有着重要异议。文章的第一部分为引言。这一部分首先介绍了本文选题的背景以及重要现实意义，接下来是关于文章结构与框架的简要介绍，而针对本文的主要的创新之处与一些不足的阐述则放在最后的部分。接下来的一章是对货币国际化相关概念的总结与论述。首先对国内外学者围绕货币国际化、日元国际化问题的一些相关研究成果做了系统综述。然后分析了现有国际货币如美元、欧元等的国际化模式，从功能、合作、空间三个维度得出了一国货币国际化的一般模式，在此基础上，探索日元国际化模式。第三部分则是对日元国际化历程的一个回顾，分为初始阶段、发展阶段和战略转换阶段。第四部分通过分析日元国际化的相关事实，对照第二章得出的一国货币国际化的一般模式，分析日元国际化的模式选择，得出了日元国际化的独特模式虽然没有取得在一般意义上的成功，但在很多方面还是有值得人民币借鉴的结论。并总结了由其国际化的独特模式导致的日元国际化遇到的困境及其深层原因。第五部分则简要论述了日元为人民币国际化模式选择所提供的前车之鉴。
