建行青岛地区对公业务竞争战略分析及战略保障对策研究

【摘要】:随着金融全球化进程的加快,很多外资银行加快了其在华发展的规模和速度,很多种小型银行也在逐步兴起,中国建设银行的规模实力在银行业属于前列。建设银行拥有数量巨大的客户群和良好的美誉度。在这种国际形势下,建设银行也积极融入到世界金融一体化的激烈竞争中。在当前这种情况下,如何加强建设银行的社会地位并保证其强势的发展势头,这是一项迫切的问题。在所有的银行业务中,对公业务是一项对银行各项业务都有影响的业务,所以本文由此为切入点,对建设银行的对公业务的竞争战略及其战略保障进行了研究。 本文的研究内容主要是建设银行青岛地区的对公业务进行战略分析。本文对建设银行的调研主要集中于建设银行的组织结构、人力资源、绩效评估、营销方式和营销理念上。在深入调研了建设银行的对公业务竞争战略的基础上,本文对建设银行的合理竞争战略进行了分析,提出了其对公业务竞争战略及其战略保障政策。首先本文研究了竞争战略的内涵,分析了建设银行面对的现实基础。在研究方法上,本文主要采取了迈克尔·波特的五力模型、PEST分析和SWOT分析。五力模型主要是以建设银行对公业务为切入点分析了银行业对公业务市场的五种力量。PEST分析法主要分析了中国建设银行青岛地区的外部政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境和技术环境。SWOT分析法分析了中国建设银行青岛地区的竞争策略的优势、劣势、机会和威胁四种情况,并提出战略组合。本文还分析了绩效管理、人力资源培养和企业文化进行了分析。 在同行业的对比分析上,本文选取了青岛地区的工商银行、农业银行和中国银行与建设银行的对公业务进行了对比整合分析,从中对竞争战略的发展得到了一定的借鉴。在此基础上详细分析了建行青岛地区对公业务的战略规划。最终本文从内部和外部两方面对如何优化对公业务提出了相应措施。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of financial globalization, many foreign banks have accelerated the scale and speed of its development in China, and many small-scale banks are also rising. The size of China Construction Bank is at the forefront of the banking industry. The company has a large number of customer base and good reputation. In this international situation, the Republic of China is also actively engaged in the fierce competition of the world's financial integration. In the present situation, how to strengthen the social status of the society and to guarantee its strong development momentum is an urgent problem. In all the banking business, the business is a business which has an impact on the business of the bank, so this paper makes a research on the competition strategy and the strategic guarantee of the public business of the bank. The content of this paper is to carry out the strategic separation of the public business in Qingdao area. In this paper, this paper focuses on the organization structure, human resource, performance evaluation, marketing method and marketing idea of the company. On the basis of in-depth investigation of the competition strategy of public business, this paper analyzes the reasonable competition strategy of the company, and puts forward its strategy of competition strategy and its strategic security. First of all, this paper studies the connotation of the competition strategy, and analyzes the real basis of the competition strategy. In this paper, the five-force model, the PEST analysis and the SWOT analysis of Michael Porter are introduced in this paper. The five-force model is mainly used to analyze the five forces of the banking on the public business market. The external political and legal environment, the economic environment, the social and cultural environment and the technical ring of the Qingdao area of China Construction Bank are mainly analyzed by the PEST analysis method. The SWOT analysis method analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the competition strategy in the Qingdao area of China Construction Bank, and puts forward the strategy group. The paper also analyzes the performance management, the culture of human resources and the enterprise culture. In this paper, the comparative analysis of the business of ICBC, the Agricultural Bank of China and the Bank of China and the Bank of China on the comparative analysis of the same industry has been selected, and the development of the competition strategy has been obtained. On this basis, the war on the public business in Qingdao area is analyzed in detail. In the end, the paper puts forward a phase on how to optimize the public business from both internal and external aspects
