A银行贵州分行国际贸易融资业务发展现状对策研究

【摘要】:随着中国经济的快速增长和进出口贸易的迅速发展,外贸企业对国际贸易融资的需求日益增加,这就为银行发展贸易融资业务提供了巨大的空间。与此同时,随着商业银行国际化进程的推进,加快发展国际贸易融资业务已成为提高银行整体竞争力和盈利水平的重要手段,该项业务的发达程度已被视为银行国际化、现代化的重要标志。因此,大力发展国际贸易融资业务不论是对银行还是对企业均有着重大的意义。近年来,中国的对外贸易以惊人的速度发展。贵州省在国家和省政府有利政策的大力支持下,加大招商引资力度,努力改善投资环境,使贵州经济进入了一个加速发展的新阶段,对外贸易开始大幅增长。2012年外贸进出口总额突破60亿美元大关,增速居全国第四位。2014年,一批如富士康等大型企业即将进驻贵州,几个保税区即将成立,对贵州省的对外贸易发展必将起到极大的促进作用,目前阶段是贵州省大力发展对外贸易的最佳时机。 然而长期以来,由于A银行贵州分行对国际贸易融资业务重视程度不够,重本币业务轻外币业务的经营理念严重制约了贸易融资业务的发展。和其他业务相比,该行国际贸易融资业务发展严重滞后,面临着资源配置不够、营销不力、产品陈旧单一无竞争力和相关专业人员缺乏等困难和问题。A银行贵州分行的国际贸易融资业务在全国A银行系统内和贵州省内四大国有商业银行中的市场份额均偏低,排名落后。2012年,该行贸易融资贷款余额仅为9364万美元,还未占到全行各项贷款的1%,与发达国家20%的比重相比还相差甚远;而贸易融资手续费收入仅占全行中间业务收入的1.5%,远远落后于系统内其他省级分行。2013年十几家股份制商业银行进驻贵州,改变了原来由四大国有银行瓜分全省贸易融资市场的格局,行业竞争变得更加激烈,在“内外夹击”的形势下,如何解决上述问题、加快国际贸易融资的发展已经成为A银行贵州分行面临的一个重要课题。 面对日益开放的外部市场和日益激烈的同业竞争,A银行贵州分行如何稳健的发展国际贸易融资业务,将是影响其未来能否实现战略目标的重要因素之一。A银行贵州分行如不借此机遇及时转换观念,积极调整对策,重新进行市场分割,大力发展国际贸易融资业务,势必将彻底被边缘化,这也有悖于A银行总行的国际化经营理念。 基于此,本文以A银行贵州分行国际贸易融资对策问题为研究视角,在笔者多年实际管理工作的基础上,采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法,首先从宏观经济金融环境以及政策支持等方面入手,分析了目前贵州省大力发展国际贸易融资的有利条件,接着用系统内和同业数据对比阐述了A银行贵州分行在国际贸易融资业务上存在着客户基础薄弱、市场份额低下、业务收益低和管理不到位等问题,并对产生这些问题的原因进行了细致的分析,最后针对问题的成因,从总体业务发展思路和具体管理措施上提出了相关对策。 全文共分为六章: 第一章是选题的背景和意义以及国内外国际贸易融资的研究现状; 第二章是国际贸易融资业务综述性介绍,包括国际贸易融资定义、特点、重要作用及基本产品类型; 第三章在与省内其他国有商业银行及系统内西南几省分行的比较基础上对A银行贵州分行贸易融资业务的发展现状、存在的问题及问题原因进行了分析; 第四章是A银行贵州分行发展国际贸易融资业务面临的政策、经济金融环境,并运用PEST分析和营销学SWOT模型将宏观大环境和机遇、威胁、优势、劣势进行了分析; 第五章在上述分析的基础上提出了A银行贵州分行贸易融资业务发展的相关对策和建议; 第六章是A银行贵州分行发展国际贸易融资的总体研究结论。 笔者长期在A银行贵州分行从事国际业务工作,对贵州省商业银行的国际贸易融资情况较为熟悉,经历了该行国际贸易融资业务从无到有的发展过程,也清楚地看到了存在的问题,因此在理论和实务的基础上提出了相关的发展措施,在一定程度上会对该行的发展起到积极的推动作用。但由于各行数据保密的原因,未能找到更为详细的数据,阻碍了笔者更进一步深入地对A银行贵州分行和他行进行对比分析,导致文章的研究深度不够,说服力度不强,这成为了本文的不足之一。再次,由于贵州省外贸客户需求层次的局限性,导致了一些贸易融资创新的推广难度,因此本文在创新方面的相关建议较少涉及。最后由于笔者理论水平及时间有限,其他的缺陷和错漏将在今后的研究中努力去弥补和消除,欢迎各位老师不吝赐教,予以斧正。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's economy and the rapid development of import and export trade, the demand of foreign trade enterprises to finance international trade is increasing, which provides great space for the development of trade finance in the bank. At the same time, with the promotion of the internationalization process of the commercial bank, the development of the international trade finance business has become an important means to improve the overall competitiveness and profitability of the bank, and the developed degree of the business has been regarded as an important symbol of the internationalization and modernization of the bank. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the international trade finance business either to the bank or to the enterprise. In recent years, China's foreign trade has developed at an alarming rate. With the strong support of the favorable policies of the state and the provincial government, Guizhou Province, with the support of the favorable policies of the state and the provincial government, made efforts to improve the investment environment, and made the economy of Guizhou entered a new stage of accelerated development, and the foreign trade began to increase substantially. The total import and export of foreign trade in 2012 exceeded the level of $6 billion, In 2014, a group of large-scale enterprises, such as Foxconn, are about to enter Guizhou. Several bonded areas are about to be established, and the development of foreign trade in Guizhou will play a very important role. The current stage is the best time to develop foreign trade in Guizhou. However, for a long time, because of the insufficient attention of the Bank of Guizhou Branch to the international trade financing, the business philosophy of the light foreign currency business in the local currency has seriously restricted the development of the trade financing business. Compared with other businesses, the development of the international trade financing business of the bank is lagging behind, facing difficulties and questions such as inadequate resource allocation, poor marketing, obsolete single product, lack of competitiveness and the lack of relevant professional staff The market share of the international trade finance business of Bank of Guizhou Branch in the national A banking system and in the four state-owned commercial banks in Guizhou Province is low and the ranking is lagging behind. In 2012, the balance of the bank's trade financing loans was only US $96.4 million, and it did not account for all the loans of the whole bank. %, which is far from that of the 20% of the developed countries, and the trade financing fee income is only 1.5% of the middle business income of the whole line, which is far behind the other provincial branches in the system. In 2013, the number of joint-stock commercial banks in 2013 The state has changed the pattern of the trade financing market of the four state-owned banks in the province, and the competition of the industry has become more intense. In the situation of "internal and external competition", how to solve the above-mentioned problems and to speed up the development of international trade financing has become an important lesson for the Bank of Guizhou Branch In the face of the increasingly open external market and the increasingly fierce competition of the competition, how to develop the international trade finance business in a healthy way by the Bank of Guizhou Branch will be an important cause of the future to realize the strategic objective A bank of Guizhou Branch, such as the Bank of Guizhou, has no opportunity to change the concept in time, actively adjust the countermeasure, re-start the market segmentation, and vigorously develop the international trade finance business, it will be completely marginalized, which is also against the internationalization of the head office of Bank A. On the basis of this, this paper, based on the problem of the international trade finance of Bank of Guizhou Branch of Bank of China as the research perspective, based on the author's multi-year practical management, adopts the combination of the theoretical analysis and the empirical study, first from the macro-economic financial environment and the policy support This paper analyses the favorable conditions for developing international trade finance in Guizhou province, and then compares with the intra-and inter-bank data in this paper. In this paper, the weak base of the customer, the low market share, the low operating income and the management of the branch of Guizhou Branch of Bank of Guizhou in the international trade financing are discussed in the paper. The problems such as in-place and the cause of these problems are analyzed in detail, and the cause of the problem is put forward from the overall business development thinking and the specific management measures. The relevant countermeasures are put forward. The third chapter, on the basis of the comparison with the other state-owned commercial banks in the province and several provincial branches in the southwest of the system, on the current situation of the development of the trade finance business of Bank A, Guizhou The fourth chapter is the policy, economic and financial environment of the development of international trade financing business in Guizhou Branch of Bank of A, and uses the SWOT model of PEST analysis and marketing to make the macro environment and machine. The fifth chapter, on the basis of the above-mentioned analysis, puts forward the A-bank Guizhou Branch. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of trade finance business; Chapter VI is A-bank Guizhou Branch develops the overall research conclusion of international trade finance. The author has been engaged in the international business work in Guizhou Branch of Bank of Guizhou for a long time, and is familiar with the international trade finance of the commercial bank in Guizhou, and has experienced the international trade finance business of the bank. Without the development process, the existing problems are clearly seen, and the relevant development measures are put forward on the basis of theory and practice. To some extent, it will play a positive role in the development of the bank. However, due to the confidentiality of the data of each line, the author has failed to find the more detailed data, which hindered the author's further in-depth analysis of the Bank's Guizhou Branch and other lines, resulting in the research depth of the article. Not enough, the persuasion is not strong, which has become one of the shortcomings of this article. Again, due to the limitation of the demand level of the foreign trade customers in Guizhou, some trade financing innovation has been promoted. In the end, due to the limited level and time of the author, the other defects and omissions will work in the future research.
