华夏银行深圳分行员工工作压力与离职倾向关系研究

【摘要】:华夏银行深圳分行的员工作为现代企业中的成员正面临着较高的工作压力。由工作压力大引发的个人一系列生理、心理问题和负面行为特别是离职行为已经成为各个企业关注的焦点。工作压力过大会导致员工工作效率降低、员工对企业不满,和员工离职行为等问题,这些都会对华夏银行深圳分行造成严重的人才流失和经济损失。因此对员工的工作压力源进行识别、对员工的工作压力和离职倾向现状及其关系进行研究是十分必要的。 目前针对华夏银行深圳分行员工这一特殊群体的工作压力和离职倾向研究还是空白。本文在现有研究基础上编制了针对华夏银行深圳分行员工设计的工作压力源量表和离职倾向量表。然后采用实证分析的方法,,利用问卷调查对华夏银行深圳分行员工的工作压力源和离职倾向进行数据搜集,共收集到150份有效问卷。利用统计分析方法对搜集到的数据进行处理和分析,依次验证了华夏银行深圳分行员工的工作压力源分为五个维度、华夏银行深圳分行员工的离职倾向是个单维度变量、华夏银行深圳分行员工工作压力源的五个维度与离职倾向显著正相关、华夏银行深圳分行员工的工作压力源与离职倾向之间存在因果关系这四个假设。最后结合数据结果进行分析,对华夏银行深圳分行的员工压力管理提供了措施和建议。
[Abstract]:The staff of the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank, as a member of the modern enterprise, is facing a higher working pressure. The personal series of physiological, psychological and negative behaviors, especially after-service behavior, which are caused by the working pressure, have become the focus of the enterprise's attention. The work stress has led to a reduction in the working efficiency of the staff, the employee's dissatisfaction with the enterprise, and the separation behavior of the staff, which will cause serious brain drain and economic loss to the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the working pressure source of the staff, and to study the working pressure and the status of the separation tendency of the staff. At present, the research on the working pressure and the separation tendency of the staff of Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank is still empty On the basis of the existing research, this paper has prepared the work pressure source scale and the turnover tendency for the staff of the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank. Table. Then, using the method of the empirical analysis, the data collection of the work pressure source and the separation tendency of the staff of the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank by the questionnaire is collected, and 150 valid questions are collected. The data collected by the statistical analysis method is processed and analyzed, and the working pressure source of the staff of the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank is verified to be divided into five dimensions, and the separation tendency of the staff of the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank is a single-dimension change. The five dimensions of the working pressure source of the staff of Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank are significantly related to the turnover tendency, and there is a causal relationship between the working pressure source and the separation tendency of the staff of the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank The final combined data result is analyzed, and the measures and construction of the staff pressure management of the Shenzhen Branch of Huaxia Bank are provided.
