我国商业银行网上银行业务的核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:网上银行业务在互联网技术迅猛发展的背景下,凭借其在成本、技术等诸多方面的优势,已经逐渐成为银行业发展的趋势。本文以我国商业银行网上银行业务的发展历史和现状分析为基础,,通过对招商银行网上银行业务的发展分析,指出我国商业银行网上银行业务核心竞争力发展的影响因素及其存在的问题。通过招商银行与汇丰银行网上银行业务的发展比较借鉴,从用户使用安全知识学习、产品服务的差异化、明确的银行战略规划、与电子商务和第三方支付企业的合作机制、完善的法律法规等方面提出提升我国商业银行网上银行业务核心竞争力的有效途径。 本文一共分为5章: 第1章:导论。简要概述了本文的研究背景、意义、内容和方法以及可能的创新和不足之处。 第2章:商业银行核心竞争力理论综述。这一章是阐述核心竞争力概念的起源以及所包含的主导因素,并对国内外有关于“竞争力”、“核心竞争力”、“商业银行核心竞争力”和“网上银行核心竞争力”的相关理论研究进行了综合整理。 第3章:我国商业银行网上银行业务的核心竞争力发展及其存在的问题。以我国商业银行网上银行业务核心竞争力的发展历史和现状为背景,以招商银行网上银行业务的发展分析为例,系统的分析了我国商业银行网上银行业务核心竞争力发展的影响因素及其存在的问题。 第4章:中外商业银行网上银行业务的核心竞争力比较分析---以招商银行与汇丰银行的网上银行业务发展为例。选择汇丰银行与招商银行的网上银行业务进行对比,从内外部竞争力环节入手,比较中资银行与外资银行发展的差距,并借鉴外资银行的发展经验,更好的促进我国商业银行网上银行业务发展。 第5章:提升我国商业银行网银业务核心竞争力的有效途径。分别从用户使用安全知识学习、产品服务的差异化、明确的银行战略规划、同电子商务和第三方支付企业的合作机制、完善的法律法规等方面提出提升我国商业银行网上银行业务核心竞争力的有效途径。

[Abstract]:In the background of the rapid development of Internet technology, the online banking business has become the trend of the development of the banking industry by virtue of its advantages in many aspects such as cost and technology. Based on the analysis of the development history and the present situation of the online banking business of China's commercial banks, this paper points out the influence factors and the existing problems of the development of the core competitive power of the online banking of China's commercial banks through the analysis of the development of the banking business of China Merchants Bank. Through the development and comparison of the banking business of the China Merchants Bank and the HSBC Bank, we can use the security knowledge learning, the differentiation of the product service, the clear bank strategic planning, the cooperation mechanism with the e-commerce and the third-party payment enterprise, It is an effective way to improve the core competitiveness of the online banking of our commercial banks in such aspects as the perfect laws and regulations.
