宏观审慎管理研究综述——基于中央银行宏观金融调控的视角

【摘要】：本文基于中央银行履行维护物价稳定和金融稳定职能的视角,从金融危机爆发后反映出的宏观调控机制漏洞、利用宏观审慎手段与工具调控弥补漏洞、如何将货币政策和宏观审慎管理共同纳入中央银行政策调控范围以及中央银行如何在二者之间进行权衡等方面入手,对宏观审慎管理相关研究进行系统的归纳与整理,并对其进行评析。
[Abstract]:This paper, based on the view of the central bank to carry out the function of maintaining the price stability and the financial stability, reflects the loopholes of the macro-control mechanism from the outbreak of the financial crisis, and uses the macro-prudential means and the tools to control the gap. How to integrate the monetary policy and the macro-prudential management into the central bank's policy and regulation scope and how the central bank can trade the trade-off between them.
