【摘要】：融资难一直伴随着民办高校过去三十年的发展历程。在地方本科高校向应用技术大学转型的背景下,民办高校如何结合自身转型发展,借鉴美国私立大学融资模式,加大与产业合作力度,增加产学研收入,选择多元化融资模式,不断拓宽融资渠道,已成为当前民办高校面临的核心问题之一。文章对我国民办高校面临的资金困境进行深入剖析,提出民办高校在关注如何拓宽外源融资渠道的同时,还应重视内源融资潜力的挖掘,学习借鉴美国私立大学经费筹措方面的成功经验,不断增强自身"造血功能",依据不同的资金需求采取不同的融资策略,实现"长短期结合,方式多元,发挥财务杠杆最大效用"的融资目的,以期构建新时期适合我国民办高校发展的多元化融资模式。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of financing has been accompanied by the development of private universities in the past 30 years. In the context of the transformation from local undergraduate universities to applied technology universities, how to combine the transformation and development of private colleges and universities. Learn from the financing model of private universities in the United States, increase cooperation with industry, increase the income of industry and research, choose a diversified financing model, and continue to broaden the financing channels. It has become one of the core problems faced by private colleges and universities. This paper deeply analyzes the fund dilemma faced by private colleges and universities in our country, and puts forward that private colleges and universities should pay attention to how to broaden the external financing channels at the same time. We should also pay attention to the exploitation of endogenous financing potential, learn from the successful experience of American private universities in raising funds, constantly enhance their own "hematopoietic function", and adopt different financing strategies according to different capital needs. In order to construct a diversified financing mode suitable for the development of private colleges and universities in China in the new period, we can achieve the purpose of "combination of long and short term, multiple ways and exerting the greatest utility of financial leverage".
