基于流程银行模式PJ商业银行绩效评价研究

【摘要】:长期以来,我国商业银行实行的是部门银行的经营管理体制和传统的财务分析绩效评价方法。随着监管政策逐步完善和市场竞争环境日趋激烈,商业银行传统的绩效评价方法已不再适应目前商业银行所面临的竞争与挑战。在此背景下,流程银行模式的提出为我国商业银行未来发展模式指明方向。本研究为PJ商业银行构建适应流程银行模式的绩效评价体系,以期能为国内其他商业银行绩效评价提供借鉴。本研究由六部分组成,第一部分介绍了本研究的研究背景、目的及意义,研究内容和研究方法,本研究的创新之处;本研究在这部分采用了文献研究法,查阅了国内外关于商业银行绩效评价方法和流程银行的研究成果。第二部分是相关概念及商业银行绩效评价方法。本研究在这部分着重分析基于流程银行模式EVA、BSC、KPI的评价方法的优劣,探讨基于流程银行模式"EVA+BSC+KPI"绩效评价体系的科学性。在第三部分,本研究对PJ商业银行绩效评价现状及对存在的问题进行了分析。第四部分和第五部分是本研究的核心章节,即构建并应用了基于流程银行模式PJ商业银行"EVA+BSC+KPI"的绩效评价体系。在构建绩效评价体系过程中,本研究采用了问卷调查法、层次分析法及专家打分法对权重指标进行赋值。在绩效评价体系应用后,本研究对PJ商业银行2011~2015年进行绩效评价,提出相应的提升业绩的建议及绩效评价体系实施的保障措施。第六部分是对研究的总结,包括研究结论、不足及展望。希望通过本研究基于流程银行模式"EVA+BSC+KPI"绩效评价体系的构建与应用,能有助于其他商业银行建立与流程银行相适应的绩效评价体系的进一步落实和推行,为国内商业银行提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:For a long time, China's commercial banks have implemented the management system of departmental banks and the traditional performance evaluation methods of financial analysis.With the gradual improvement of regulatory policy and the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the traditional performance evaluation methods of commercial banks are no longer adapted to the competition and challenges faced by commercial banks.In this context, the proposed process banking model for the future development of commercial banks in China to point out the direction.This study provides a performance evaluation system for PJ commercial banks to adapt to the process banking model in order to provide reference for other commercial banks in China.This research consists of six parts. The first part introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research content and research methods, the innovation of this study, the use of literature research in this part,Consulted the domestic and foreign commercial bank performance evaluation methods and process banking research results.The second part is related concepts and commercial bank performance evaluation methods.In this part, the author analyzes the merits and demerits of the evaluation method based on the EVA BSC KPI, and probes into the scientificity of the performance evaluation system of the "EVA BSC KPI" based on the process banking model.In the third part, the present situation and problems of PJ commercial bank performance evaluation are analyzed.The fourth part and the fifth part are the core chapters of this research, that is, construct and apply the performance evaluation system based on PJ commercial bank "EVA BSC KPI".In the process of constructing the performance evaluation system, the method of questionnaire, analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring are used to assign the weight index.After the application of the performance evaluation system, this study evaluates the performance of PJ commercial banks from 2011 to 2015, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the performance and the measures to ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation system.The sixth part is the summary of the research, including the conclusions, shortcomings and prospects.It is hoped that the construction and application of the performance evaluation system based on "EVA BSC KPI", which is based on the process banking model, will be helpful to the further implementation and implementation of the performance evaluation system for other commercial banks.To provide a useful reference for domestic commercial banks.
