国有企业用工制度改革对会计核算的影响及对策

【摘要】：正对于国有企业用工制度改革的问题,已有研究大多集中在用工制度改革对员工利益的保障和社会稳定的维护等方面,本文从会计信息质量的视角,分析用工制度改革对企业会计核算的影响,并提出改进建议。一、国有企业用工制度现状自1986年国务院发布《国营企业实行劳动合同制暂行规定》后,国有企业用工制度改革文件相继出台。目前,国有企业用工制度改革的目标已经基本实现,劳动用工主要是以合同工、派遣工和业务外包这3种形式进行管理。合同工就是员工与企
[Abstract]:As for the reform of the employment system in state-owned enterprises, most of the previous studies have focused on the protection of employees' interests and the maintenance of social stability. From the perspective of the quality of accounting information, This paper analyzes the influence of the reform of the employment system on the accounting of enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement. First, since the State Council issued the "interim provisions on the implementation of Labor contract system in State-owned Enterprises" in 1986, the reform documents of the employment system of state-owned enterprises have been issued one after another. At present, the goal of the reform of the employment system in state-owned enterprises has been basically realized. The labor employment is managed mainly in the three forms of contract labor, dispatch labor and business outsourcing. Contract workers are employees and enterprises
