【摘要】:目前,研究不同损伤程度下钢筋混凝土加固梁的抗弯性能试验,大多是采用粘贴碳纤维布的加固方法。内嵌纤维材料加固法优于纤维材料表面粘贴法,且目前研究较少,本试验采用内嵌纤维材料对钢筋混凝土梁进行加固,研究其在不同损伤程度下加固梁的抗弯性能。通过设计13根梁的加固方案,对FRP材料加固钢筋混凝土梁进行试验研究。试验将加固梁分为四组,第一组为3根不同程度损伤内嵌CFRP板条的两开槽加固梁,第二组为3根不同程度损伤内嵌CFRP板条的三开槽加固梁,第三组为3根不同程度损伤内嵌CFRP筋的两开槽加固梁,第四组为3根不同程度损伤内嵌BFRP筋的两开槽加固梁。主要研究以下几方面内容,首先研究每种加固方法在不同损伤程度下试验梁的抗弯性能;其次研究开槽数量对CFRP板条加固效果的影响;第三是研究不同内嵌材料对加固效果的影响。在试验的基础上,以试验梁的截面尺寸、配筋率、钢筋直径、混凝土弹性模量以及钢筋和内嵌材料的弹性模量等为参数,以建筑结构标准规范和技术规程、郝永超等人的理论计算为依据,对加固梁抗弯性能进行分析,最后比较理论与试验结果的吻合情况。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the tests on the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete strengthened beams with different damage degree are carried out by means of carbon fiber sheets. The method of embedded fiber reinforced material is better than that of fiber surface bonding method. At present, the research is less. In this experiment, the reinforced concrete beams are strengthened with embedded fiber materials, and the flexural behavior of the beams strengthened with different damage degree is studied. Through the design of 13 beams reinforcement scheme. The experimental study on reinforced concrete beams strengthened with FRP material is carried out. The experimental results divide the strengthened beams into four groups. The first group is three two slotted beams with different degree of damage embedded in CFRP slab. The second group is three three slotted beams with different degree of damage and the third group is three CFRP reinforced beams with different degree of damage. Group 4th consists of three beams with BFRP tendons embedded in different degree of damage. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the flexural behavior of each reinforcement method under different damage degree is studied. Secondly, the effect of the number of slots on the reinforcement effect of CFRP slab is studied. The third is to study the effect of different embedded materials on the reinforcement effect. On the basis of the test, the section size, reinforcement ratio and the diameter of steel bar of the test beam are studied. The elastic modulus of concrete and the elastic modulus of reinforcing bar and embedded material are taken as parameters. Based on the standard code and technical specification of building structure and the theoretical calculation of Hao Yongchao and others, the flexural properties of strengthened beams are analyzed. Finally, the theoretical and experimental results are compared.
