生态理念下历史建筑更新技术研究

【摘要】:针对目前历史建筑更新现状,提出历史建筑更新应与生态理念相结合。以生态评价的方式介入历史建筑更新的研究,通过对历史建筑更新生态性的分析,从历史建筑原有生态特征及区域环境特性入手,通过调查研究和文献查阅,总结历史建筑更新过程中所运用的生态设计元素,并对对历史建筑更新技术进行了深入探讨,形成完整的生态更新体系。 通过对生态理念下历史建筑的更新技术的研究,提出了生态技术设计的准则,从结合自然、结合材料、结合能源等方面进行了深入探讨。 在生态模拟软件方面进行了生态性更新技术的拓展。提出历史建筑更新应用生态软件分析,从历史建筑的基本现状和建筑特色方面进行基础分析,分析后进行更新策略的数据整合。整合数据后应用软件检测分析,在地域、气候、热能、光能进行分层次的检测分析,汇总生态软件检测分析数据,总结生态软件分析在历史建筑更新中的作用。 生态与历史建筑是共生的关系,历史建筑更新的生态研究是在生态方面寻求历史建筑更新技术上的突破,是完善历史建筑更新上的生态理念的缺失,将历史建筑更新系统进行生态转型。
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation of historical building renewal, this paper puts forward that the historical building renewal should be combined with ecological concept, and the ecological characteristics of historical building renewal should be analyzed by analyzing the ecological characteristics of historical building renewal by means of ecological evaluation. Starting with the original ecological characteristics and regional environmental characteristics of historical buildings, through investigation and literature review, this paper summarizes the ecological design elements used in the renewal process of historical buildings, and probes deeply into the renewal technology of historical buildings. Form a complete ecological renewal system. Through the research on the renewal technology of historical buildings under the ecological concept, this paper puts forward the criteria of ecological technology design, and probes deeply into the combination of nature, materials, energy and so on. In the aspect of ecological simulation software, the ecological renewal technology is expanded. The paper puts forward the application of ecological software to historical building renewal, and analyzes the basic situation and architectural characteristics of historical building. After the analysis, the data integration of the updated strategy is carried out. After the integration of the data, the software is used to detect and analyze the data. In the area, climate, heat energy and light energy, the data are detected and analyzed in different levels, and the ecological software detects and analyzes the data. This paper summarizes the role of ecological software analysis in the renewal of historical buildings. The relationship between ecology and historical building is symbiotic. The ecological research of historical building renewal is to seek a breakthrough in the technology of historical building renewal in ecology, and to perfect the ecological idea of historical building renewal. The history building renewal system carries on the ecological transformation.
