热泵技术在大型供热机组中的应用研究

【摘要】:本文通过建立模型比较吸收式热泵与压缩式热泵回收循环余热的热经济性,建立热经济学模型比较采用吸收式热泵系统供热与抽汽供热的经济性;经计算本项目选择吸收式热泵技术对原大型供热机组提出技改方案。再对热泵系统进行能量平衡分析,提出对于热泵系统的节能效果计算方法及修正方法,并针对该改造项目的热泵系统提出具体可行的测试方案,根据测试结果分析核算节能量。得到结论有:第一,根据热经济性评价模型,定义了电能的转换系数k,结合本项目与参数λ计算比较,得出在本项目采用吸收式热泵的热经济性高于压缩式热泵;第二,用热经济学的方法评价了吸收式热泵供热与抽汽供热的热经济性,结合具体项目计算得出采用吸收式热泵提供的热水的单位热经济学成本为6.02元/kWh,而采取传统抽汽供热时提供的热水的单位热经济学成本为6.25元/kWh,故在本项目采用吸收式热泵供热比传统抽汽供热的成本更低。第三,提出了具体改造方案:以4#汽轮机五段抽汽作为驱动热源,利用10台吸收式热泵回收电厂4#机组循环水余热,将热网回水加热至80℃左右,再通过原有加热系统加热,送入大网供热系统。第四,以能量平衡理论为依据,提出了对于热泵系统的节能效果计算方法及修正方法,即在系统自身电耗及机组真空引起经济性下降等不能忽略的能量修正方法,并对该项目进行测量和计算分析,计算得出该吸收式热泵系统年节约标准煤量约为25701.2吨。结果表明,采用热泵系统可节约能源,提高整个机组的供热能力。这将为在城市供热面积不断扩大的情况下,提高供热机组的适应能力,是一种切实可行的工程应用方案。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the heat economy of absorption heat pump and compression heat pump is compared with that of absorption heat pump, and the heat economy of absorption heat pump system is compared with that of absorption heat pump system. Through the calculation, the absorption heat pump technology is selected to put forward the technical innovation scheme for the original large heat supply unit. Then the energy balance analysis of the heat pump system is carried out, and the calculation method and the correction method for the energy saving effect of the heat pump system are put forward. According to the test results, the energy saving is analyzed.
