【摘要】：项目进度管理涉及到工程项目质量和效益这两个核心的方面。项目进度管理与项目成本管理、项目质量管理足项目管理中最重要的三项内容。进度计划和进度控制是保证项目按期完成的关键管理环节。乐陵市泰山现代城房地产项目,进度管理意识淡薄,管理方式方法落后,制度不健全,缺乏专职进度控制人员。由于进度管理基础薄弱,对项日成功带来很大影响,因此,对乐陵市泰山现代城房地产项目进行进度管理研究有重要意义。本人作为乐陵市泰山现代城房地产项目的管理工作者,直接参与了项目进度管理的具体计划的制定、实施,因此,选择该工程的进度管理作为学位论文的研究课题加以研究。本文运用了理论和实践相结合、资料分析以及文献研究的方法,以乐陵市泰山现代城房地产项目为背景,详细地论述了进度管理方法在项目中的实际应用过程。文章首先概要介绍了进度管理的相关基础理论与方法。其次,详细论述了进度管理相关理论在乐陵市泰山现代城房地产项目工程项目进度计划制定中的应用。接着,文章阐述了乐陵市泰山现代城房地产项目工程项目进度计划的执行与控制过程。最后,对工程的实际进度与计划进度进行了检查,通过检查,发现了实际进度过程中出现的偏差,通过分析实际进度过程中出现偏差的原因,对项目进度计划做出了调整,以此提高项目进度计划的有效性和稳定性。本文将项目管理理论和方法应用于工程实践,以项目管理软件为工具,使项目管理者能够快速获取所需要的工程数据,为其决策提供支持,最大限度地减少了计划过程的工作量,提高了工作效率,达到了缩短工期、资源均衡分配的目的。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management involves the two core aspects of project quality and benefit.Project schedule management and project cost management, project quality management is the most important part of project management.Schedule planning and schedule control are the key management links to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.The real estate project of Taishan Modern City in Leling City has a weak sense of schedule management backward management methods imperfect system and a lack of full-time schedule control personnel.Because the foundation of schedule management is weak, it has great influence on the success of item day. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the progress management of real estate project in Mount Taishan modern city of Leling city.As the manager of the real estate project in Mount Taishan modern city of Leling City, I directly participated in the formulation and implementation of the project schedule management. Therefore, I chose the progress management of the project as the research topic of the thesis.This paper uses the method of combining theory and practice, data analysis and literature research, taking the real estate project of Taishan modern city of Leling city as the background, discusses the practical application process of schedule management method in the project in detail.This paper introduces the basic theories and methods of schedule management.Secondly, the paper discusses the application of schedule management theory in the development of real estate project schedule of Leshan modern city.Then, the paper expounds the execution and control process of the real estate project schedule of Leshan modern city.Finally, the actual progress of the project and the progress of the plan were checked, through the inspection, found the deviation in the actual progress process, through the analysis of the causes of the deviation in the actual progress process, the project schedule was adjusted.In order to improve the effectiveness and stability of the project schedule.In this paper, the theory and method of project management are applied to engineering practice. The project management software is used as a tool to enable the project manager to obtain the required engineering data quickly and provide support for its decision-making.It minimizes the workload of the planning process, improves the working efficiency, and achieves the goal of shortening the duration of the project and allocating resources evenly.
