水泥基饰面砂浆泛碱性能及抑制措施研究

【摘要】:水泥基饰面砂浆由于其内部或外部环境水的迁移导致可溶性碱或盐在砂浆表面析出,造成泛碱和色差等缺陷,严重影响建筑外墙面的装饰性,且泛碱会随着环境条件的变化反复出现而难以根治。组成材料对饰面砂浆泛碱有重要影响,因此揭示材料组成对饰面砂浆初次泛碱和二次泛碱的影响规律,,并分析比较饰面砂浆泛碱的抑制措施,对于配制综合性能优良的饰面砂浆具有重要意义。 本文分析了组成材料对水泥基饰面砂浆泛碱性能的影响,并比较几种外加剂对饰面砂浆泛碱的抑制效果,重点研究了抗泛碱剂抑制水泥基饰面砂浆泛碱的作用机理。研究结果表明: ①可再分散乳胶粉和纤维素醚均能降低饰面砂浆的吸水量,提高饰面砂浆柔韧性和界面粘结性能,有效降低饰面砂浆的泛碱程度,且两种聚合物复掺时具有较好的协同作用;消泡剂和膨胀剂可以减轻饰面砂浆的泛碱程度,但存在一定的负面作用。 ②石灰石粉和石英粉均能降低砂浆的吸水量,使得水泥基饰面砂浆的泛碱程度较轻,且掺石英粉的经济性和对于降低砂浆吸水量和提高砂浆抗泛碱性的作用效果明显优于石灰石粉。 ③掺抗泛碱剂和防水剂均能降低饰面砂浆的吸水量,提高饰面砂浆抗泛碱性,其中掺抗泛碱剂的作用效果最佳,而防水剂外涂则可以获得更佳的抑制效果。 ④抗泛碱剂能降低水泥基饰面砂浆中Ca(OH)2的含量,改善饰面砂浆的孔结构,减少骨料与水泥石的界面区域缺陷,提高饰面砂浆的致密性。
[Abstract]:Due to the internal or external environmental water migration of cement based finishing mortar, soluble alkali or salt precipitates on the mortar surface, which results in defects such as pan-alkali and color aberration, which seriously affect the decoration of exterior wall of building.And pan-alkaloids will appear repeatedly with the change of environmental conditions and it is difficult to cure.The composition material has an important effect on the pan-alkali of finishing mortar, so it reveals the influence of the composition of the material on the primary and secondary ubiquitin of the finishing mortar, and analyzes and compares the inhibition measures of the pan-alkali of the finishing mortar.It is of great significance to prepare the finishing mortar with good comprehensive properties.In this paper, the effect of composition materials on the ubiquitin properties of cement-based finishing mortar is analyzed, and the inhibition effect of several admixtures on ubiquitin is compared. The mechanism of anti-panabinic agent on the inhibition of ubiquitin of cement-based finishing mortar is mainly studied in this paper.The results show that:1Redispersible emulsion powder and cellulose ether can both reduce the water absorption of the finishing mortar, improve the flexibility and interfacial bonding property of the finishing mortar, and effectively reduce the degree of pan-alkali of the decorative mortar, and the two kinds of polymer have good synergistic effect when they are co-doped;Defoamer and expander can reduce the degree of ubiquitin of finishing mortar, but there are some negative effects.(2) both limestone powder and quartz powder can reduce the water absorption of mortar, so that the degree of pan-alkalinity of cement based finishing mortar is lighter.Moreover, the economic effect of adding quartz powder and its effect on reducing the water absorption of mortar and improving the anti-pan-alkalinity of mortar are obviously better than those of limestone powder.(3) both anti-pan-alkali agent and water-repellent agent can reduce the water absorption of the finishing mortar and improve the anti-pan-alkalinity of the finishing mortar, among which the effect of anti-pan-alkali agent is the best, and the better inhibition effect can be obtained when the water-repellent is coated on the outside.(4) the anti-pan-alkali agent can reduce the content of Ca(OH)2 in the cement based mortar, improve the pore structure of the mortar, reduce the defects in the interface between aggregate and cement, and improve the compactness of the mortar.
