中交路桥建设有限公司知识管理策略研究

【摘要】：知识经济时代的到来,为各行各业带来了巨大的机遇和挑战。路桥建设企业为国家基础设施设备建设做出了巨大贡献,其主要建设项目是以桥梁、公路为主体的建设工程。这些建设工程项目具备规模大、工期长、技术要求高、工艺标准要求严格等特点,尤其需要进行知识管理。探索中交路桥建设有限公司知识管理策略,有利于其路桥工程建设过程中各项活动的顺利开展,有益于整个路桥建设企业依靠知识管理提升项目管理水平和自身核心竞争力。本文在对国内外知识管理的研究综述及理论基础进行阐释基础之上,分析了中交路桥建设有限公司知识管理的发展现状,剖析了中交路桥建设有限公司知识管理中所存在的障碍。并针对存在的知识管理障碍,运用生命周期理论和组织学习理论从两方面提出了中交路桥建设有限公司的知识管理策略。一方面是从知识获取与共享、知识学习与创新等方面提出了知识管理的实施策略。其中,知识获取与共享策略包括显性知识的联结化策略,隐性知识的表出化策略,显性知识的内在化策略和隐性知识的共同化策略；知识学习策略注重拓宽员工的学习渠道和培育员工的学习动机；知识创新策略强调熟练掌握公司现有知识,鼓励激励员工进行知识创新和实施知识创新网络式管理。另一方面是从战略文化体系、组织结构体系、技术支撑体系等方面提出了知识管理的保障措施。战略文化体系措施包括加强领导对知识管理的重视和将知识管理纳入企业发展战略蓝图；组织机构体系措施包括推进学习型组织建设和实现知识管理组织的扁平化、柔性化和网络化；技术支撑体系措施包括利用IT技术建立知识平台和培养专业化的信息网络维护人才。
[Abstract]:The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has brought enormous opportunities and challenges to various industries. Road and bridge construction enterprises have made great contributions to the construction of national infrastructure equipment, the main construction project is the bridge, highway as the main construction project. These construction projects have the characteristics of large scale, long construction period, high technical requirements, strict process standards and so on, especially for knowledge management. Exploring the knowledge management strategy of Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. is beneficial to the smooth development of all kinds of activities in the course of road and bridge construction, and is beneficial for the whole road and bridge construction enterprise to rely on knowledge management to improve the project management level and its core competitiveness. On the basis of summarizing the research and theoretical basis of knowledge management at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the present situation of knowledge management in Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the obstacles in knowledge management of Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd. Aiming at the existing obstacles of knowledge management, this paper puts forward the knowledge management strategy of Zhongjiao Road and Bridge Construction Co., Ltd from two aspects using life cycle theory and organizational learning theory. On the one hand, the implementation strategy of knowledge management is put forward from the aspects of knowledge acquisition and sharing, knowledge learning and innovation. Knowledge acquisition and sharing strategies include explicit knowledge linking strategy, tacit knowledge presentation strategy, explicit knowledge internalization strategy and tacit knowledge co-strategy. Knowledge learning strategy focuses on broadening the learning channels and cultivating employees' learning motivation, while knowledge innovation strategy emphasizes mastering the company's existing knowledge, encouraging employees to carry out knowledge innovation and implementing knowledge innovation network management. On the other hand, the guarantee measures of knowledge management are put forward from the aspects of strategic culture system, organizational structure system, technical support system and so on. The measures of strategic cultural system include strengthening leaders' attention to knowledge management and integrating knowledge management into enterprise development strategic blueprint, and organizational system measures include promoting the construction of learning organization and realizing the flattening of knowledge management organization. The measures of technology support system include setting up knowledge platform by using IT technology and cultivating specialized information network maintenance personnel.
