城市水利基础设施的景观化研究与实践

【摘要】:随着社会经济的快速发展,城市化进程迅速加快,城市越来越成为了人类的聚居地,城市经济的发展是世界经济发展的前提,因此,,城市的可持续发展是人类可持续发展的关键。 城市水利基础设施为城市提供水利综合服务,是城市经济和社会各项事业发展的保证,也是城市现代化水平高低的一个重要评判标准。没有城市水利基础设施的发展,城市的经济增长就会受阻。城市水利基础设施的建设关系到社会、经济、人口和资源环境等众多方面,国内外的众多实证分析中可以看出,先进高效的城市水利基础设施不仅可以大幅度的促进经济的发展,还可以协调各方面的利益,对于城市的可持续发展具有重要的意义。近年来,我国在城市水利基础设施的规划建设方面取得了长足的进步发展,但是由于建国初期科学技术落后以及长期以来水利基础设施的欠账太多,随着城市化水平的不断提高,城市经济发展和城市人口不断扩增,城市水利基础设施已近跟不上潮流,发展滞后,负荷也日益增大,城市水利基础设施成为经一部发展的瓶颈,严重制约了经济的发展。 在这样的背景之下,本文对城市水利基础设施进行重新定位,提出将景观作为设计策略引入城市水利基础设施的建设与改造的过程中,使城市水利基础设施与景观密切结合,一方面提高了城市水利基础设施的工作效率,另一方面也改善了城市的环境。 本文首先介绍了城市水利基础设施的研究背景,对其相关概念和理论进行辨析和阐述,并且概述了国内外城市水利基础设施的发展现状。通过传统城市水利基础设施弊端的分析,发现其与景观相结合的巨大潜力,提出将景观与城市水利基础设施相结合,并且进一步论述城市水利基础设施构建的设计原则与核心策略。接着,本文从城市水利基础设施的三大类型——城市河道、城市防洪基础设施和城市雨洪管理方面进行细致研究,结合案例探讨城市水利基础设施的景观化方法与途径。最后,阐述和分析了笔者在研究生期间跟随导师完成的麻泾港河道景观生态改造项目,对我国城市水利景观基础设施的建设与改造提供了参考和重要的实践指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid acceleration of urbanization, cities have become more and more human settlements. The development of urban economy is the prerequisite for the development of the world economy. The sustainable development of cities is the key to the sustainable development of human beings. Urban water conservancy infrastructure provides comprehensive water conservancy services to the city, which is the guarantee of the development of urban economic and social undertakings, and an important criterion of the level of urban modernization. Without the development of urban water infrastructure, the city's economic growth will be blocked. The construction of urban water conservancy infrastructure is related to many aspects, such as society, economy, population and resource environment, etc. It can be seen from many empirical analyses at home and abroad. Advanced and efficient urban water conservancy infrastructure can not only greatly promote the economic development, but also coordinate the interests of all aspects, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of the city. In recent years, China has made great progress in the planning and construction of urban water conservancy infrastructure. However, due to the backward science and technology in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China and the long overdue debts of water conservancy infrastructure, With the development of urbanization, the development of urban economy and the expansion of urban population, the urban water conservancy infrastructure has been unable to keep up with the trend, the development is lagging behind, the load is increasing day by day, the urban water conservancy infrastructure has become the bottleneck through a development. Seriously restricted the development of the economy. Under this background, this paper reorientates the urban water conservancy infrastructure, and puts forward the idea of introducing landscape as a design strategy to the construction and reconstruction of urban water conservancy infrastructure, so that the urban water conservancy infrastructure and landscape can be closely combined. On the one hand, it improves the working efficiency of urban water conservancy infrastructure, on the other hand, it also improves the urban environment. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of urban water conservancy infrastructure, differentiates and expounds its related concepts and theories, and summarizes the development status of urban water conservancy infrastructure at home and abroad. Through the analysis of the disadvantages of the traditional urban water conservancy infrastructure, the great potential of combining it with the landscape is found, and the combination of the landscape and the urban water conservancy infrastructure is proposed. And further discusses the design principles and core strategies of urban water infrastructure construction. Then, this paper makes a detailed study on the three types of urban water conservancy infrastructure: urban river, urban flood control infrastructure and urban rain flood management, and discusses the landscape methods and approaches of urban water conservancy infrastructure in combination with a case study. Finally, this paper expounds and analyzes the ecological reconstruction project of river channel landscape in Majing Port, which was completed by the author during the graduate school period, which provides a reference and important practical significance for the construction and reconstruction of urban water resources landscape infrastructure in China.
