慢城的可持续发展

【摘要】：慢城建设土地利用模式创新对城乡可持续发展具有重要借鉴意义。慢城运动倡导"慢"城市发展哲学,旨在快速城市化和全球化浪潮中能够保持传统和本地化、多元化、实现可持续发展、倡导鼓励新的土地利用模式。首先介绍慢城及其建设土地利用方面的标准,然后选取国内外慢城德国赫斯布鲁克和江苏高淳桠溪为案例,对其建设模式进行了对比分析,最后为我国慢城的可持续发展提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The innovation of land use mode of slow city construction is of great significance to the sustainable development of urban and rural areas. The slow City Movement advocates the philosophy of "slow" urban development, aiming at maintaining tradition and localization, diversification and sustainable development in the tide of rapid urbanization and globalization, and advocating and encouraging new land use patterns. This paper first introduces the standard of the construction land use of the slow city, then selects Hesbrook, Germany, and Gaochun Yaxi, Jiangsu Province, as the cases, and makes a comparative analysis of its construction mode. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the sustainable development of the slow city in our country.
