关键链法在管道三维设计进度管理中的应用研究

【摘要】:本文以A工程公司的管道三维设计为实际背景,介绍了基于约束理论TOC的关键链法在管道三维设计进度管理中的应用。本文的目标是期望能有效运用“两键”法之长,对原有的三维设计时间估算采用关键路径法CPM,确定关键路径;同时采用关键链法CCM,减少安全时间,缩短设计周期。作者首先介绍了油脂工程的传统进度管理方法中所涉及的基本概念,分析了管道三维设计运用关键路径法CPM的现状,提出了关键路径法在遇到资源约束或突发情况时有局限而不满足进度管理的实际情况。其次,提出了基于约束理论TOC的关键链法CCM可以填补关键路径法CPM在进度管理方面的缺陷,运用关键链法CCM和缓冲区的概念,来克服资源约束或突发情况的影响,对推进管道三维设计进度管理提供了有效的途径。最后,此建立基于关键链法的管道三维设计进度管理模型,通过时间估计因素分析来消除安全时间以及运用根方差法计算缓冲区的大小,目的是使管道三维设计过程中的资源约束或突发情况给进度管理带来的影响降到最小。本文通过关键链法和关键路径法在管道三维设计进度管理中的应用对比,得出关键链法不论是发生资源约束或突发情况时,都不需要重新调整进度。关键路径的时间从192天改进为159天。从管道三维设计的完工时间看,应用关键链法三维设计不但进度没有延误,而且还提前了31天完成。本文的研究结果若能在大型石化项目的管道三维设计进度管理上应用,乃至覆盖整个项目阶段或项目全过程上推广应用,会给工程公司及业主带来不可低估的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the application of key chain method based on constraint theory TOC in pipeline 3D design schedule management is introduced based on A engineering company's 3D pipeline design. The aim of this paper is to effectively use the "two-key" method to estimate the 3D design time by using the critical path method (CPM) to determine the critical path, and to use the key chain method (CCM) to reduce the safety time and shorten the design period. Firstly, the author introduces the basic concepts involved in the traditional schedule management method of oil and fat engineering, and analyzes the present situation of using the critical path method (CPM) in the 3D pipeline design. In this paper, the critical path method is proposed to meet the constraints of resource constraints or unexpected situations, but not to meet the actual situation of schedule management. Secondly, the critical chain method (CCM) based on constraint theory (TOC) can fill the defects of critical path method (CPM) in schedule management. The concepts of critical chain method (CCM) and buffer zone are used to overcome the influence of resource constraints or unexpected situations. It provides an effective way for the management of the three-dimensional design schedule of the propulsion pipeline. Finally, a pipeline 3D design schedule management model based on critical chain method is established. The safety time is eliminated by time estimation factor analysis and the size of buffer zone is calculated by root variance method. The aim is to minimize the impact of resource constraints or unexpected situations on schedule management in the process of 3D pipeline design. By comparing the application of critical chain method and critical path method in pipeline 3D design schedule management, it is concluded that the critical chain method does not need to readjust progress when resource constraints or emergencies occur. Critical path time improved from 192 days to 159 days. According to the completion time of 3D pipeline design, the application of key chain method is not only without delay, but also 31 days ahead of schedule. If the research results of this paper can be applied to the management of 3D pipeline design schedule of large petrochemical projects, and even to the whole project stage or the whole process of the project, it will bring the engineering company and the owner economic benefits that can not be underestimated.
