都市生态观光农业园规划研究

【摘要】：随着社会不断进步,生活水平的提高,人们不仅注重物质生活,更多的转向对精神生活的追求。厌烦了都市的喧闹,憧憬对大自然的向往。在这样的大环境下,都市观光农业应运而生,不断尝试从传统农业生产向观光农业发展,这是农业转型的一次有效探索。我国是农业大国,发展观光农业是有其丰厚的天然资源,国内正大力发展观光农业,国家对其重点扶持,可见观光农业在我国的发展前景光明。都市观光农业园作为观光农业的重要形式之一,对于都市农业的发展有重要意义。都市观光农业园因其靠近市区,有充足的客源,良好的资金、技术、市场、人才优势,被当作重点开发项目。近年来,都市观光农业园发展迅速,但由于开发经营者的水平参差不齐,再加上对规划理论内容的缺乏做指导,导致都市观光农业园区开发规划上有很大的随意性和盲目性,不仅不能提高园区的经济、生态、社会效益,反而还会致使对环境资源的浪费和破坏。为使园区能够可持续发展,要对其进行合理开发规划。本文以临沂万家生态观光农业园为例进行实证研究,对都市观光农业园的进行规划研究。包括规划前的准备、现状调查、规划方案的制定、规划方案的确定、方案分析、专项分析。本文旨在通过对都市观光农业园的研究,使园区在景观生态学及规划学等方面理论的指导下,运用园林规划设计的原理,实现对都市观光农业园的合理规划。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of society and the improvement of living standards, people not only pay attention to material life, but also turn to the pursuit of spiritual life. They are tired of the noise of the city and longing for the desire for nature. In such a big environment, the city sightseeing agriculture comes into being and tries to develop from the traditional agricultural production to the sightseeing agriculture, which is the agricultural transformation. Our country is a big agricultural country, our country is a big agricultural country, and the development of sightseeing agriculture has its rich natural resources. The development of sightseeing agriculture is being vigorously developed in China. The state is in the focus of its support. It can be seen that sightseeing agriculture has a bright future in our country. As one of the important forms of sightseeing agriculture, the city sightseeing agricultural garden is heavy on the development of urban agriculture. City sightseeing agricultural park is considered as a key development project because of its close proximity to the urban area, adequate tourist resources, good capital, technology, market and talent.
In recent years, the urban sightseeing agricultural garden has developed rapidly. However, due to the uneven level of the development operators and the lack of guidance on the content of the planning theory, the development planning of the urban sightseeing agricultural park has great randomness and blindness. It can not only improve the economic, ecological and social benefits of the park, but also cause the environment to the environment. The waste and destruction of resources. In order to make the park sustainable development, it is necessary to carry out the rational development plan. This paper takes Linyi Wanjia ecological sightseeing agricultural park as an example to carry out an empirical study on the planning and research of the urban sightseeing agricultural garden, including the preparation before planning, the current situation investigation, the formulation of the planning scheme, the determination of the plan plan and the scheme. Based on the theory of landscape ecology and planning, the purpose of this paper is to realize the rational planning of the city sightseeing agricultural garden by the theory of landscape ecology and planning.
